Basically Iawaizumi and Kenma are determined to get over their feelings for their best friends and want to at least try to move on. Akaashi decides to set them up and the two have been getting to know each other online for a couple of months when their best friends find out about their future dating plans.
The best friends don't take the news well. At all.
Luckily, Kenma is more than done with their crap and is determined to make both Kuroo and Oikawa pay for not seeing what was in front of them the whole time.

Luckily for Alpha Hangman adorakable Omega Bob steps in to distract him from beating up Rooster. Now they just have to deal with the fallout afterwards.

Summary
Sometimes, Ilya Rozanov is just a weird guy. Obviously, the Bears aren’t going to say that to his face, not when he’ll chirp them into oblivion for it, but sometimes it just gets out of hand.
Like the late night phone calls where he’s talking aggressively in Russian. The random knowledge he has offhand about how far you can throw a human being and have them come out okay. The Russian death metal he forces them to listen to, calling it family bonding. The scars he refuses to talk about.
Cliff Marleau thinks he might be in the Russian mob. The Bratva, or whatever they call it.
Ilya doesn't tell his team about his family until they've already invented a thousand conspiracies about it. Like him being in the mob. Or having rabies.
Or, a variation on Figure Skating for Hockey Players in which Ilya is the one to have a figure skating relative.
