Thick, orange magma crackled and gleamed amongst the crimson light, and no matter what the ninja did, no matter what they threw at it…
Reality seemed to shatter, the Destiny’s Bounty ripped apart mid-air. The ninja and anyone they managed to save were sent flying through the cracks in reality. Light enveloped the world before…
It was over.

The merge fucked up even more things as the past, present, and future events smashed themselves together alongside the other realms. And suddenly there's multiple kingdoms and the ninja are not surviving well. At all.
Meanwhile, Arin and Sora are just struggling to survive without the usual stability in canon. Fun times.

Sora harbors secrets that run deeper than the Realm of Shadows, and she’s about to learn that having a ghost as a mentor is the least of her concerns.
Caught between realms, Morro is compelled to guide the new ninja through the merged chaos. Armed with nothing but his sharp wit and a biting sense of humor, he must navigate a world where the past and present collide.
Basically, Lloyd and Morro try to be parents.

I cannot recommend this fic enough! Despite it being over 1 million words, it's such a worthwhile read! All the dynamics are written beautifully and the plot is amazing! I usually don't find myself being attached to AU characters if they come from fanfiction, but god do I adore everyone here.
