Summary
Scar has found decent support for himself while working for G.H.O.S.T. He gets a steady paycheck, the insurance works well enough, and he's made good friends with people he finds himself able to rely on. He wouldn't say it's a perfect life, but it's good.
It's not like he uses half of that stuff anyway, though it's the thought that counts.Sure would be a shame if some random guy with an ego the size of Saturn came in and threatened to ruin all of that.

Summary
The job was giving them a little bit more trouble than they were expecting, but (un)thankfully, before they all packed up and called the night a failure, Gem noticed a Monkey Paw squirreled away in the worn-down crib in one of the rooms. They got all of five minutes worth of arguments in before Scar picked it up and decided for everyone that he should be the one to do the deed of gaining them more information. Now Grian was stuck in the truck on camera duty and make-sure-Scar-did't-wander-off duty.
Grian was starting to wish he had just tackled the man before he got inside the house. Not that he doesn't mind taking care of Scar for any reason, it was just... Scar should have been the last option for "who to use the object" considering his extraneous circumstances. Grian just hopes he'll be enough to get Scar through the night until they can finally leave.

Summary
Derpcoin grows bigger every day. Something about the server has become sinister, icky, evil, and Grian can't help but feel it within his code. It appears he's not the only one, either. He also wants his newfound "powers" to screw off so he can get to the bottom of everything without interruption, but maybe they're what's needed to finally put this boogieman down for good.
On top of it all, Grian just really hopes he gets to stop being the only brain cell sooner rather than later, please.

MK is doing great after the Pillar Incident.
His family is safe, the world isn't actively tearing apart at the seams, there are no new villains from Monkey King's past trying to tear apart the peace they've finally received. It's great! Clearly everything isn't going to be normal, but MK can live with that.
Sure, he's getting nightmares, but that's fine! His human form is feeling more and more like a costume, and he can tell his friends are worried, but it's fine. MK is fine. Nothing he hasn't dealt with before. It's what he deserves after all.
He is the Harbinger of Chaos.
