He didn't think he was going to be friends with a boy who had the wildest hair he'd ever seen. Harry’s fierce green eyes reminded him of a Manticore from the Magical Creatures book he once read. The intensity in his stares scared Cedric at first, but after the whole spring passed, they became inseparable. After Valentina announced that they are the "new avengers" to the world, they are sent to live in the tower together.
Nothing makes sense.
This group that makes no sense on paper, comes together, all having their own reasons. They aren't cut out to be superheroes, and their motivation is certainly not superhero-like.
But they decide to stay together nonetheless after Yelena's powerful speech about breaking Valentina from the inside.
For this to work, they have to actually work as a team. Completing task assigned by Valentina, while trying to find her weak spots and using it to their advantages.And then, there's Bob.

Natasha claps her hands loudly and stands up.
“Alright, kids. It’s well past your bedtime, and lovebirds here need some alone time to talk,” she announces, looking straight at Bob.
“We’re not…” he tries to protest, but Nat slaps the back of his head, which effectively shuts him up.
“That’s not what you’ve been telling me,” she counters. It feels like he’s being scolded.
Jake doesn’t say anything, and Bob avoids looking at him until everyone else is gone minutes later. He waits until he can no longer hear the chatter of their conversations as they walk away along the shore, rushed by Nat, before he turns to Jake once again. He jumps in place when it turns out that Jake’s face is only a few short inches away from his own.
“So… what have you been telling Nat?”
