“Jim, just fucking kiss me already,” Bones breathed out, his expression almost in awe, hopeful and disbelieving all at once. It was the exact look Jim would’ve expected him to have in reaction to finding out there was a cure for his disease, not to Jim’s rant.
“What?” Jim said dumbly.
“Kiss me.”
Or: Bones has xenopolycythemia, Jim is not happy about it, something something he gets cured and they get together :)

The sequel to How To Get Adopted By Vulcans (And Not Realize Until It’s Too Late)
A cool hand was placed on her face and the outside world was suddenly reduced to a single focal point, a light in the dark chaos. Feeling a small nudge urging her to focus more on the light, she obliged. Moments later, T’Rin recognized what she was looking at: her bond with Leonard. It flared brightly for a moment, concern radiating from it, before she felt Spock carefully rearrange her mental shields and end the meld.
Or: Leonard, Spock, and T’Rin love living together aboard the Enterprise, but several years in, T’Rin and her fathers notice a new ability the young Vulcan seems to possess. As they monitor its development, the Enterprise and its crew encounter something unexpected, and T’Rin and her family are suddenly thrown into a new chaos.

McCoy looked back at him, somehow even more guarded than before. “What do you mean?”
“To be blunt, I am in love with you.”
Or: Spock has developed feelings for Bones. When offered the opportunity to sleep with Bones, he takes it, thinking it will cure him of his emotions towards the man. Naturally, it doesn’t. Little does he know, Bones is already head over heels for him, too.

Spock reached over to the control panel and tapped one of the buttons. The whirring of the turbolift came to a stop. McCoy hadn't even known it'd been moving.
"Spock?" He asked again, his voice sounding small even to himself.
"I am testing a theory," the Vulcan simply said before he cupped McCoy’s face in both hands, closed the distance, and enveloped McCoy's mouth with his own.
McCoy froze.
Or: Bones is in love with Spock.
Spock is oblivious.
Until he isn’t.

Summary
There are so many ways for Kirk and McCoy to fall in love and get together. The first time stories are truly my favorites so I decided to write some. Will there be 101? I have no idea. Probably not unless people feed me ideas. But so long as there are fewer than that number, I'll leave the series open for me to add more to as I'm struck by inspiration.
Each story is stand alone. Pick and choose, read in any order, skip the ones you don't like the idea of. These are Academy Era, during the five year mission, after the five year mission, alternate universe... just anything I could think of and wanted to write. Spoilers for each movie listed in each story as necessary.
