Usagi was tall, taller than most students, which earned him a spot on the school basketball team upon entry and the right to parade around school in a sweatshirt bearing its logo. He also had, befitting a mutant rabbit, comically large feet, thick white fur, and a flat, pink nose.
Leo was so sick of looking at the far less pleasant mutants every day that he almost called him “cute” out loud, biting his tongue at the last second. Luckily, because when Usagi finally noticed him, his mouth twisted into a wide, not at all friendly, smile.
“You're Leo, aren't you?” he asked, looking him over without trying to hide it. His nose twitched slightly. “Nice sweatshirt.”
Leo felt the ground slipping from under his feet.

After Alastor's crude and inconsiderate rejection of Vox's proposal of partnership to rule over Hell, the two get into a heated, petty altercation.
In which afterwards, Alastor carries a broken Vox home.Vox let out a whimper as Alastor set him down on his bed, Vox’s breath shuddered to form a choked gasp. Alastor gently shushed him before tenderly letting go of him.
Vox groaned in protest, his hand reaching out for Alastor before giving out. “Alastor…” He mumbled.
“Allow this to serve as a lesson, dear,” Alastor propped his hands behind his back, ear twitching as he did so. “Don’t get so ahead of yourself next time, you and I both know you are nowhere near my level.”

In 1933 Alastor manages to summon a demon with a rectangular, glowing head who keeps staring at him like he can't decide between tearing him apart and worshipping him at his feet.
Meanwhile, Vox just blew up himself and the entire universe and suddenly stands before a second chance. He simply has no idea what that second chance entails.

At first, Sherlock barely even noticed all the mistletoe around the town.
After they bundled themselves into coats and scarves, feet carried them down their usual route. They visited a few of their most frequented shops, but it was only when their favourite bakery came into view that Sherlock’s attention was caught by a suspiciously placed bundle of greenery.
A generous sprig of mistletoe hung above the threshold, tied with a bright ribbon, impossible to miss. Beneath it, a young couple came to an abrupt halt. They hesitated for a beat before one of them leaned in and stole a quick kiss.
Sherlock’s steps slowed down without him quite meaning to.
Or, three times Sherlock tried to catch William under a mistletoe and one time he got caught instead.

After the battle with the exorcists- which Vox just happened to be watching - Alastor, after getting severely injured, disappears. Of course, the stupid television, worried sick, insists on going to look for him.
He finds the Radio Demon rapidly bleeding out, attempting to, very poorly, stitch his own wounds. Much to Alastor's avail, Vox helps him, takes him to a hotel for a few nights, and fixes him up.
Very big feelings ensue.

Charlie, strapped for cash to fund the hotel, stumbles upon a new idea for a fundraiser - the Good Boys & Girls Escort Service! Sinners can sign up for an hour of one-on-one time with their chosen member of the hotel staff. It's a great way to raise money and introduce more people to the hotel's mission, right? Charlie can make sure the room stays well-stocked with snacks, board games, and motivational pamphlets.
Of course, no one manages to explain to her what most of hell is going to think of an escort service. And when Vox of all people signs up for an hour with Alastor, the rest of the hotel thinks they're in for something catastrophic.
Alastor, however, has other plans.

Dean had somehow cultivated a reputation in goddamn purgatory of killing everything in his path towards Cas. He wasn’t sure how, frankly. Half of the things he came across had lost any trace of sanity, and the other half didn’t really seem the type to sit down and spread rumours like a bunch of teenage girls. Nonetheless, they all seemed to know the same fact:
Dean Winchester is in purgatory, looking for an angel, and he’s going to kill whatever gets in his way.

Again and again, Castiel must watch Dean die as the Empty dangles happiness before him, only to rip it away. There is no escape; this is the reality he accepted to save Dean. His fate, his destiny, is to watch Dean suffer while he is forbidden from changing his fate—to stand there as his happiness destroys them.
