Summary
Gwaine drags Merlin out with Arthur and all of the knights to a strip club (with a promise of shots, of course). Arthur can't seem to understand why he feels weird about seeing a girl give Merlin a lapdance when Merlin couldn't look any less interested in it if he tried. So, in typical Arthur fashion, he lays down a challenge. Merlin, of course, takes him up on it. But, will Arthur be able to deal with the feelings that arise after? Arthur comes back to life, but he doesn't know how much time has passed or why everything looks so different. All he knows is he needs to find Merlin, who has luckily been close to the lake all these years. How he finds Merlin... that's interesting (and maybe a little spicy). He then has to grapple with losing everyone he knows except Merlin while realizing that he might have feelings for Merlin. Merlin gets to teach him about modern life and they both enjoy that for different reasons. Definitely a slowburn, heavy angst at points, but a happy ending <3
