Summary
The sound of Batman—of Bruce—laughing jolted him in shock. Tim had never heard him laugh like that. Not even once since he became Robin. Bruce had smiled at him, gave a short one-breath-long chuckle at most, but never a full laugh like this. The laugh seemed to have stunned the other person too, because there was silence for a few seconds. Then…
“You're alright, chum,” Batman's voice was soft, gentle like it always got around children and victims. (Never around Tim, though.) “How about you put the tires back on and we'll call it even?”
The other was quiet for a few more seconds before he spoke hesitantly in what was clearly a child's voice, “Ya mean it?”
“Yeah,” Batman said seriously and Tim stayed frozen in his spot. For some reason, his heart was running fast and his insides felt cold. Why was there a sense of foreboding running through his mind?

“Yesterday was…” Tim paused and looked up at the ceiling, like he didn't know the right words. Kon just let him think through everything, his thumb stroking Tim's cold hand relentlessly. “You know I've forgiven them. Even though they hadn't apologized before yesterday, I forgave both of them. But I don't know if I could still promise them anything. Like, I'm not sure if that would fix anything.”

Summary
Jason’s breath hitched when he saw a familiar face politely laughing some fifteen feet away amidst a group of those same rich people who had been giving him dirty eyes some time ago. Jason could count on one hand the amount of times he had met Timothy Drake in person, but each one left him more disheartened than before.
Because his predecessor had been perfect. He wasn’t even exaggerating it. Bruce had once off-handedly spoken that Tim had been the best of them. Jason still remembered the way Damian had tensed, his face flashing a myriad of emotions before he quietly agreed in a one word response.
Jason wanted to impress Tim so, so badly. He wanted his predecessor to look at him with approval, because if Tim thought he was worthy then he could say he had made it. That he was truly doing Robin justice. Not that Bruce or Damian’s words didn’t mean anything. Of course they did. Their praise mattered too, but somehow, the lack of Tim’s praise just hurt a bit more.

Shouyou forced himself to pry his eyes open despite the bright and nearly blinding light assaulting his vision. Kageyama was not making sense at all. Shouyou was left confused. Was he still having a fever dream? Was this all a dream? Or was Kageyama the sick one? Did he hit his head hard on the game? Shouyou blinked the brightness away and squinted at the face before him, his eyes swollen and teary.

"You look funny." Shouyou snorted at Kageyama's face. "Since when did you start wearing your hair like that? It looks weird without the bangs. Did the senpais put you up to this?"
