Post apocalyptic world after a deady fungus. The fungus named EV-11 turned the majority of people into cranks. The parasite caused a breakdown of the world‘s industry and social systems, laws lost their validity, factories were closed, cities got abandoned. Non-infected people either died of starvation or were killed by the cranks. The rest of the survivors found themselves in groups that travel through destroyed cities to find food and safe places. You have lost your family to the disease, and now are forced to travel with a group of strangers through the demolished world with an uncertain faith. People are hostile and frustrated, but you are still clinging on the last bits of hope for everyone of the remaining survivors to be able to live a happy live eventually. It is dangerous to form bonds with another human now, as you might always loose them… but sometimes the bonds create themselves with people you’d never expect.
