Summary
V has managed to remove Johnny's construct from her mind with Panam and the Aldecados help but is living on borrowed time and both her and Judy know it. Additionally the risk of Vs health rapidly degrading due to the remainder of the relic was imminent.
They have been dating for a few months and now live together at Judys after V gave up her apartments following the events at the Mikoshi assault and in preparation for the worst. While she could have gone with Panam, V instead decided to tie up a few loose ends in NC. But hopes that her and Judy can join up with the Aldecados for a bit before her time ends.
Panam and the Aldecados are out searching for help to try and save V but there's been no progress after 2 months.
While still in NC Judy has been helping V as an intel collector on some of her gigs, until one gig takes a bad turn and injures V. Judy takes care of her but things are not easy. They work their way through testing times hoping to come out stronger together.

My own version of an ending to the game using some aspects of the Star ending but with an added self-made arc in between V leaving Mikoshi with 6 months to live and her and Judy joining up with the Aldecados.

Largely a rewrite of the base game V x Judy storyline, with some auxiliary material on top of that. Perspectives alternate, though in scenes featuring Judy I tend to default to her POV.
Usually there's deviation from how the scenes go in the game in terms of dialogue, but I plan no major changes in the general plot.
I use a fairly significant amount of vanilla dialogue, but I feel it's required for the context a lot of the time. If you know those scenes well, feel free to skim lines that look familiar. -
