Can V have both glory and a quiet life or will everything prove too much?

Summary
V has managed to remove Johnny's construct from her mind with Panam and the Aldecados help but is living on borrowed time and both her and Judy know it. Additionally the risk of Vs health rapidly degrading due to the remainder of the relic was imminent.
They have been dating for a few months and now live together at Judys after V gave up her apartments following the events at the Mikoshi assault and in preparation for the worst. While she could have gone with Panam, V instead decided to tie up a few loose ends in NC. But hopes that her and Judy can join up with the Aldecados for a bit before her time ends.
Panam and the Aldecados are out searching for help to try and save V but there's been no progress after 2 months.
While still in NC Judy has been helping V as an intel collector on some of her gigs, until one gig takes a bad turn and injures V. Judy takes care of her but things are not easy. They work their way through testing times hoping to come out stronger together.

My own version of an ending to the game using some aspects of the Star ending but with an added self-made arc in between V leaving Mikoshi with 6 months to live and her and Judy joining up with the Aldecados.

Jackie himself is eventually turned in the wake of the heist and sets out to help V find a solution to the Relic stuck in her head afterwards. In the meanwhile, neither are happy about the ride-along, Johnny Silverhand, while Jackie struggles to manage and accept his new state of being.
Vampire AU, Jackie and T-Bug live, Jackie helps V on main quests throughout the story.

Summary
Parting ways with River and distancing herself from him after their intimate night, especially when all she craved was to be held by him, proved to be an incredibly challenging task for V. Nevertheless, it was the right choice to make.
But now, in her delirious and dying state, V finds herself at River's doorstep, of all the people, seeking help or perhaps a final goodbye. Little does she know by doing so, she would unleash a torrent of emotions, thrusting herself into an internal struggle.
Unaware that the ensuing days spent with River and his family will propel her past a point of no return.
