Summary

When he was thirteen he was kidnapped by the phyrexians to be compleated. Fortunately he was unable to be compleated, but the trauma of the various experiments still haunts him to this day.
Now at fourteen he feels a distress call from one like himself coming from another universe. He decides to follow this signal. He finds himself in a world of strange superpowers and even stranger people. Unable to find the source of the signal, Alex waits in hopes of finding anyone who is like himself.

This is really just an excuse to write characters I like, often into each others lives (and sometimes into each other's arms) in a self-indulgent, often-(but not always) saccharine, vaguely holiday-themed collection of stories.
