Raven fish-mouthed soundlessly for a couple of seconds before managing, “What?”
Roman did not at all have time for disbelief. “Please decide amongst yourselves,” he said, irritation bleeding through. “You or the girl.”
“I don’t—” The man started, brow furrowing in confusion.

What follows is a long night of anger, fear, and exhaustion as Roman tries to piece together what happened in the ring and what it meant to Cody. Between the flight home, the emotional fallout of being taken out unfairly, and the familiar pull of regression Cody can’t quite fight, Roman is forced to confront a truth he doesn’t want to admit:
Winning doesn’t feel right if Cody is hurting.
By the time they finally make it home, all Cody wants is safety, comfort, and something simple enough to remind him he still matters.
Roman is more than willing to give it.

Imagine his surprise when CM Punk, his least favorite neighbor, came knocking past midnight, carrying a familiar Omega named Roman Reigns on his shoulders. Clammy, inebriated, and teetering on a blackout, Roman was so dead to the world that he couldn’t even form a coherent sentence.
For his own good, Seth wanted to slam the door in Punk’s face and call it a night; however, seeing his Omega pitiful, vulnerable, and impaired like that stirred something salacious within him. Something that made it impossible for Seth to say no, even though he knew he should.
