Feloidea; eine Gesellschaft innerhalb einer Gesellschaft, die weder Gewalt, noch juristischen Mord scheut.
Eine Erkrankung die als Metapher für all das steht, was Kyo seit vielen Jahren plagt. Er lebt zwischen den Extremen, denn er ist selbst ein Extrem. PTBS und Dissoziationen vollziehen in seinem Leben einen gefährlichen Tanz, welcher ihn einfach nicht loslässt. Eine anhaltende Zerreißprobe für ihn und die Band.
Dass er sich, während der Amerikatour 2011, mit dem Feloidea-Virus ansteckt, krönt das Chaos was er 'Leben' nennt und zieht brutale Konsequenzen nach sich.Es geht um die Frage, was von der eigenen Menschlichkeit übrig bleibt, wenn jedes Stück des fragmentierten Ichs, von einer gnadenlosen Krankheit korrumpiert wird. Eine Krankheit, welche ein Eigenleben zu entwickeln scheint und selbständig entscheidet, wen sie akzeptiert und gegen wen sie Gewalt anwendet.
Wenn man gefangen ist, zwischen dem eigenen stagnierenden Wahnsinn und dem Irrsinn, in den sich die Realität verwandelt.
Eine ausführliche Psychoanalyse und Gesellschaftskritik, getarnt als Horrorthriller, in dem sich der eigentliche Albtraum im zwischenmenschlichen Chaos des Hauptcharakters abspielt. -

Toshiya takes the photo, the first tangible proof of this new world order. Numbly, he absorbs the nebulous shape. It seems completely alien and deeply personal all at once: a part of him, cocooned in the mystery of Kyo's body. An impossible conception.
His brain is fizzling at the edges. He's got to be the unluckiest gay man on the planet.
