Summary
Pyro had a very important meeting with the king of Pyroland, needless to say they were very excited. The king of Pyroland was always very sweet to them and they always left that castle learning something new.
They quickly entered the castle, facing the king in all his glory. The table separating the two that was usually holding sweet treats, instead held some kind of mechanism about the same size as the Pyro’s rainblower. Instead it had a thick pink handle base with a long and thin clear white blade that radiated the usual rainbow magic most of Pyro’s devices did.
Pyro picked up the new device looking at it in all its glory, they pulled a gold cord that was placed on the base and the rainbows immediately flew everywhere around the room, the walls and furniture being brightened tenfold as sparkles and rainbows fell in every crevice. Pyro giggled at what it did to the room, all the new colours making them happy. Eventually they left the castle. The outside world seemed much duller than it did before due to the contrast from the room they were previously in.
It was no big deal, they could just brighten everything up with their new device!

He also knows he's a huge Tom Jones fan, if he were to infer from the shelves upon shelves of merchandise in the childhood home.
The people around him say he's just like him. His opinion on this varies with time.

Charles is one of Jeremy's many grandchildren, and also happens to take after him the most. He will continue to parallel his dead grandfather's life whether he likes it or not.

With their unusual fondness of fire, it's no wonder they jumped at the job opportunity offered to them by Builder's League United. Holding the position of pyrotechnician, they've got a roof over their head, the freedom to do as they please, and a team that actually appreciates their expertise. Of course, it's not all sunshine and rainbows; they've signed up for a war, after all. But if the war's what allows them to set the world ablaze without worrying about the law, the Pyro feels that this is where they belong.
Oh, what's that? The brutality of war isn't going to end well for a simple pyrotechnician? Don't worry, BLU's not letting their eccentric employees go anytime soon. With the wonders of Respawn, those mercenaries aren't permanently dying as long as that machine keeps running.

Summary
Sniper is a bit of an enigma to Scout.
Now, he may be a bit thick-headed, but if there’s one thing Scout knows, it’s people. Growing up as the youngest of 8 brothers, he had to learn how to read them pretty well: guess their moods; predict their actions. It saved him a lot of beatings and harsh words from his elder brothers.
And, of course, that certain skill had carried on with him to adulthood. So yeah, if there’s one thing he knew, it’s people. He knew his crew...except Sniper.
But, you see, Scout's a stubborn guy, and when he puts his mind to something, you bet your ass he's going to do it. No one is that shallow - maybe other than Soldier - so he KNOWS there's more brewing in that slouch hat covered head, he's just gotta look a little closer, right?
So, Scout's made a decision. He's going to know Sniper, and won't give up until he does. Just watch him.
