Summary
After four adventures, Link had already lost too many people. After his fifth, he lost another. When the fissures connecting Hyrule and Lorule closed, both their heroes mourned. Then a new fissure appeared.
This is a story about the development of Link’s and Ravio’s relationship as they gain feelings for one another (and deal with the issue of rent).
(The Link featured in this is based on Legend from Linked Universe, but LU will/has not actually happen/happened.)

What up bitches, bros, and my fellow nonbinary hoes!!! I created this book based on the popular game Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom!!! Now if you have played the game you will know that Link (the hero) gets rescued and revived by an ancient zonai spirit named Rauru. Rauru proceeds to help Link enter the Temple of Time, so he can find Zelda. And that is the last we see of Rauru, but what if instead of leaving Link alone to fend for himself he appointed someone to accompany him? What if Link partnered up with the last living Zonai in Hyrule? What if that Zonai was tall and handsome? (Just kidding…..or am I?) There are so many questions yet so few answers. So, I made my own! Also my writing skills suck.

Link and Zelda defeated Calamity Ganon five months ago, and despite their issues readjusting to normal life, their most pressing issue is their inability to talk like normal people. In the last few months, they have spent almost all of their time together, going as far as to live together, but despite this, they have had almost no conversations deeper than their everyday goings on. Zelda is guarding herself, refusing to go any deeper than the surface, and Link doesn't know why, but it hurts nonetheless.

The worst part is that she's pretty sure the fight was her fault this time. Malon had thought they were finally, finally getting somewhere. That he was starting to trust her. And then he was gone.
Malon’s lip wobbles. She presses the palms into her eyes but it isn’t enough to stop the devastated sob that breaks through her chest.
“Oh, love.” Zelda reaches for her, gathering her up and Malon finally lets herself fall apart in the arms of her dearest friend.
Or: Zelda is an instigator, Malon should not have drank that much, and Link really is doing his best.
Talon, on the other hand, does not get paid enough for any of this.

Zelda’s eyes were full of tears as she looked at him, smiling wider than she ever had.Link stared at her for a moment, before lunging forwards and clinging to her so tightly she thought her ribs would surely crack.
Zelda was too startled to speak, and just mutely hugged him back, gently stroking his hair.
She could feel a wet spot on her dress from his tears, as he clung to her.It was as if he was terrified she would vanish all over again.
