They were heading down the Sahasra Slope when Wind caught sight of another one of those odd towers that seemed to dot this Hyrulian landscape. His curiosity got the better of him as he walked up to Wild, pointing toward the tower.
“Hey, Wild, what are those?” he asked, his head tilted as he looked up at the older Hero.
Wild looked to where Wind was pointing, a mischievous smile appearing on his lips. “Would you like a demonstration?” he asked, grinning over at Wind.
Of course Wind wanted a demonstration.

Summary
After waking up, Link learns a lot from the monsters on the plateau. Way more than he learned from Rhoam. When he finally leaves, the Hylians are scared of him; his scars, the way he moves, how he speaks in grunts and growls instead of words. Impa helps him learn enough Hylian to get by. He doesn’t dislike hylians… at first. As he remembers the abuse from his time as a knight, his opinion sours. He still frees the divine beasts, reclaims his sword, helps people, but every interaction with Hylians feels forced. It’s not comfortable, unlike his interactions with the monsters. Sure, he kills a lot of malice-mad monsters, but he spends as much time as possible hanging out in the sane monster camps.
Link defeats Ganon, frees Zelda, and escorts her to Kakariko... but then he leaves. The Sheikah can protect her. He’s not the Hylian Champion anymore, he’s the Mythos Champion: the Hero of Monsters.

The chain agree to crawl through a mega dungeon for some unknown artifact. They are still unsure of whom they can trust but can't deny that the challenges ahead sound fun! More importantly the chain will have to share their struggles and trauma and learn more about each other if they wish to go home. Deals were made along the way and how will those effect the future? And why had Hylia given Wild the Ancient hero's aspect in the first place? Who was this ancient hero? Hopefully they all survive long enough to find out.
This is an AU for 'Aspects of a Hero' by Tashacee because I can't get these scenes out of my head and now it's become much bigger then I ever imagined. I have changed the name of this work as I think it is big enough to deserve its own. This work was once called 'Au Aspects of a hero'.Series

The Ancient Sheikha were far from stupid. So, when they were digging into the Zonai and found a glowing stone with the capacity to power three divine beasts alone, they naturally sent it to their biggest project. While attempting to figure out how to draw power from it, they accidentally melted it down. Prompting some new ideas, some far for experimental than others. However, they ultimately decided to backtrack and restored the stone to its original form. When the Shrine of Resurrection was completed, the Sheikha added an emergency protocol. Should it ever be the case where the shrine was failing to bring back either Hylia’s hero or her descendant, the shrine would melt down its power source and inject it into them. After all, that amount of power should bring anyone back if it doesn’t kill them, but those chosen by Hylia or related to her should be more than able to handle it without repercussions.
Oh how wrong they were.

While already dealing with a faulty Sheikah Slate that’s been using him as a powerhouse since the Sheikah Towers sunk back into the earth, Link has been waking up in a trance-like state in the middle of the night.
A tugging sensation pulls him to the West of Hyrule, prompting him to discover what greater purpose lies beyond his completed heroics. Here, a voice tells him to ‘join them’… but who?
