Summary
Tim Drake is a lion mer, the pointy ends of his fins are covered with venom. Jason was trained out of any toxin affecting him, due to his training Talia sponsored for him and the insistent poke of an equally, if not more lethal mer pup.
Or: Jason is in heat, his brain is filled with need and Tim's venom rings too familiar, he's also the next more available Alpha who can attend his needs.
Then: Now that Tim had the most interesting and intense night of his life with Jason, he has a few things to resolve, like telling his boyfriend he got his pseudo brother pregnant and convince Jason of letting him be a participant on his pup's life.

A summer spent in the sleepy town he grew up in on the Rhode Island coast should have been idyllic. A quiet three months working in his uncle’s aquarium as he figured out what the hell he wanted to do with his life. But, it turns out, finding a siren tangled in a fishing net at the bottom of the bay would only be the beginning of his troubles.

Every few years, a phenomenon known as the "Blood Moon" occurred. It was a type of total lunar eclipse during which the moon appeared as a coppery, red color. During this particular event, the lunar effect on werewolves increased exponentially. Aggression became uncontrollable to the point where the wolf would attack anything and everything in its path. Bruce, who to the honor of his late father took to being a renouned doctor founding many hospitals and clinics, receeds into obscurity after the death of his last close family member, a butler who raised him after the death of his parents. Months later finds Bruce on a beach house in a small island town somewhere in the europes. He stays far from the small town, only ever venturing for food and such, and lives on his private beach. He often takes his boat out to open ocean and spends hours watching the waves and sketching. It here he sees his first glimps of them.
A mermaid springs from the water, splattering droplets as his breaks the surface tension, and lands smack in bruces little yacht. Only, it looks more like a lad then a maiden and more like child then either and oh fuck, he choking on fishing net.
Or where Bruce wishes the universe, and the lovely ghost of his parents, would very kindly stop dropping ocean children on his front door and the secrets of his beach that he was not curious about at his back door. They make no plans to listen to his silly lil request.

Bruce felt sick.
There had been rumors for years that the Drakes kept exotic pets, but he had never expected to find a merchild in a bare tank in the center of their ballroom, brazenly on display. The child was the focal point of the gala. Humans crowded around his tank, ooh’ing and ahh’ing, surrounding the kid from all angles.
The child, nauseatingly, did not react at all in the way Bruce would have expected. No, he was perfectly silent instead. Docile. Just swam in circles, over and over, and hovered near the glass when people beckoned him close.
He didn’t even flinch when they tapped the glass.
At one point, a woman twirled her fingers, and the child obediently spun in a slow circle in the water, fins flaring out as he did so.
“What a well-trained little pet,” Mrs. Anderson cooed. “What’s his name?”
“We call him Timothy,” Janet Drake said.
