Luther Hemmick was a strong believer of the only acceptable pairing being alpha male and omega female, he still had some disdain for different designations being coupled. But the one sin he constantly despised in his preaching was one of lustful queer pairings.
It was something Nicky knew would be the straw that broke his thin ever-growing back, it was just his luck that he'd been found in a compromising position after the annual winter conference meeting by the man. The thin idea he'd constructed of himself as the perfect alpha son had burned within seconds as he was snatched and driven home.

Kevin had been Riko's shadow for a decade and as much as he was happy and relieved to be free of him he also felt an empty ache like a chunk of himself had been removed, spliced and severed from him leaving a bloodied gash in its wake. knowing that Riko no longer existed outside of his head made his chest tighten, it wasn't longing but it was a complete dissection from what he felt was possible. Of course he had known that logically Riko was only a man but that didn't change anything really. Riko was still untouched, a figure leaning over Kevin waiting for him to fault.
There were a million things Aaron could say that might actually be productive. That it made him irrationally angry that now even Andrew put him behind someone else, that he felt like Neil had stolen his family, that Neil had shown up and he and Kevin understood each other in a way he never could. That they all didn't hate Aaron because he was difficult or dysfunctional but because of who he was, because they all loved Neil. That somehow Neil never tried at school and his GPA was only .0023 lower than Aaron who killed himself studying. That Andrew was the only thing he might've considered home and Neil took him.
