Summary

It all made his head ache.
“Zelda?” he asked aloud. “Was he serious?”
There was no answer. Just the wind.
Link grabbed the paraglider. He wouldn’t get any answers in these ruins. He needed to get off this plateau at last.
He’d follow the slate. He’d find Impa.

100 years ago, the Great Calamity ravaged Hyrule. In the chaos, Princess Mipha and her husband, Prince Link, lost their lives.
Until Link rose from the Shrine of Resurrection that is.
Needless to say, the Zora aren't too happy about their amnesiac prince wandering the country alone. It looks like he'll need a guard...OR: Link and Mipha were married. He's joined by some over-protective friends on his quest to save Hyrule.

The land of Hyrule is a vast place, bustling with cities and people. The modern age flourishes, from the great skyscrapers with thousands of computers to the rural farms with tractors milling about. Magic exists, yes, but it is nothing like the old fairytales speak of. All those legendary blades and powerful instruments have been lost to the sands of time. There's no impending prophecy of doom, no heroes, no magical Triforce bearers. There haven't been for who knows how many thousands of years.
Of course, such a long period of dormancy means that it will reawaken with quite the bang.
Such a bang, in fact, that there are several who rise to the occasion.

Summary
A collection of fics featuring the Chain with powers based off the +Anima manga series.
In this AU, the Goddess Hylia grants her chosen heroes each an anima, an animal spirit that merges itself with their soul and grants them the use of their respective abilities on their quest. When dormant, these spirits manifest themselves as tattoos on the hero’s skin, and when in use, shapeshift a portion of the hero’s body to grant access to their ability. Certain magic (such as that of the Dark World or Twilight Realm) can drag this animal spirit to the forefront, transforming the entire body into their respective animal, but the ability to freely shapeshift to this extent is a rarity.

Based on Kleric’s video; “10 ways Link can make it up to that divine beast on his own”, We follow Link in his endeavours to prove to Revali how far spite can really take a man.
“Maybe we should just settle this one on one—But where…? Oh, I know...! How about up there?!”
Revali pointed his wing towards the ship parading the skies. Vah Medoh gleams in the distance. He spat at him with malice.
“Oh, you must pardon me—I forgot you have no way of making it up to that Divine Beast on your own!”
Whatever Revali said after fell onto deaf ears. That Pompous Rito needed to learn what flightless really meant, if he truly wanted a battle in the skies, Link would give him just that. There was a reason he was considered Hylia's chosen.
It was not his merit within combat that gifted him the title of hero but his fearless, albeit reckless, courage, and unfortunately, Link did not understand what limits were. His courageous spirit that possessed him had travelled through time, traversed the dark dimensions between, and defeated the demon known to all as Ganon however many times as needed.
How bad could a little flight up an oversized mechanical Cucco be?

The Second Book of this series will be Linked Universe. This story can be considered a Breath of the Wild fic.
