Across the banquet hall stood a small group of Metros, at the front were Pike and Hollander with what could only be described as a gaggle of children at their feet. Likely the children of teammates and Pike, he was always popping them out, but that wasn’t what Marleau was referring to.
What drew Ilya’s eyes was not Hollander himself, but rather what he was holding.
