(AU where, at the end of his League of Assassins training, Jason decides to go to Metropolis for college instead of going back to Gotham for revenge. Things spiral from there. The title is so sarcastic by the way. There’s nothing regular about Jason Todd.)

Summary
Among the history of the world and the evolutionary process, animal-like folks started to appear, creating folktales and stories that, according to the human mind, painted them as either benevolent people or animal-like monsters.
Of course, there wasn't always a medium to all of this, but over time, and at some point in Earth's history, these animal-like folk intermingled with humans.
Leaving behind what was an individual with both human and animal DNA. As for Sakura, he ― unfortunately ― landed such a bargain with all his feline glory.
Not that Makochi minded because Makochi will never be bothered by one of their most beloved, most cherished, individuals.

Summary
Billy has been stealing bits of hair and fur from Steve since he got to town. Today it comes to a head.

"You're such a dick." Steve fusses cheek going ruddy. Billy flares his wings out chest puffing up, always delighted when he can cause such a reaction. “I should bite you.” Steve spits, without actual saliva, more a noise than an action and Billy just laughs.
“Yeah, yeah maybe later. Turn around, let me see your head.” Steve does not move on his own, Billy has to manhandle him around but he lets it happen. No fight other than a light batting at Billy’s arms with his claws retracted so he counts it as a win.
Billy drags his hands through Steve’s hair intentionally getting his ears on an upward drag. Billy has seen Buckley do it to him a hundred times and he may not be her but Steve still leans into it encouragingly.
