Summary
Immediately following the events of the Steel Ball Run, the President's mysterious disappearance brings along questioning government officials. In an attempt to throw them off Johnny and Gyro's trail, Lucy offers them an alibi: her reservation to an exclusive, private restaurant.
Meanwhile, tensions arise between partners, as Johnny's growing uncertainty over everything-- the state of his body, their partnership, Gyro's future and his place in it-- is enough to push him past his limits, physically and mentally. And where Johnny pushes, Gyro pulls.
