Summary
Following the events of the Undertaking, Oliver leaves Nanda Parbat to find out what happened to his family. For the first time in almost six years, Oliver steps foot in Starling City. From the shadows using he watches over his sister and observes the Starling City vigilante who he recognizes as Sara Lance. While in Starling he must make a choice on whether or not he will reveal himself and when (if) he will return to Nanda Parbat.
There is a new figure within Starling. Sara had seen him a few times. Mostly as a flicker of shadow at the edge of her vision. So far, she never got a good or even half decent look at him. Who was this man? Was he a danger to her city? What did he want?

Except humans basically only exist in books as mythical creatures, and Damian is just a test tube accident that Talia, in her grief, foolishly experimented with and may or may not have slightly damaged his structure.
Anyway, Damian Wayne here has to hide his human identity for a while until the League is safe again so he can comeback (he can't)

Apparently his Beloved hadn’t appreciated the most recent gift, which isn’t a first but such a reaction over a book is somewhat surprising considering similar gifts did not come to bring the same reaction. Ra’s wouldn’t deny his curiosity in regards as to what provoked such hate in those beautifully blue eyes, but there is more than hate behind those glaciers. “To what do I owe the pleasure of your visit, my Beloved?”

Talia screamed in pain as she felt her son be pushed out of her body, the pain was worse than any pain she had felt before, her throat burning from her screams as her father held her in his arms. Her maids were all tending to her, washing away her sweat, helping her deliver her child. The green of the Lazarus water painted her wounds as it healed her, she could feel the way her mind was becoming hazy from it, but her baby was the reason for her clarity. With one final scream, the cries of her child, her blood, filled the air. The maids hushed the baby, cleaning them with the Lazarus water, their lungs were strong.

It all started when Damian's robin suit was ruined by poison ivy, Bruce had to give him his cape to cover up, as his midriff, spots of his thighs, chest and legs were completely exposed and his cape was torn to shreds. They managed to avoid anything flashing, thankfully, on the way back to the cave. Bruce had told Damian he'd go to the Justice League to get another Robin suit made.
"If you do so father" Damian hummed "I'd like to wear a redesign i did"
He was preparing himself for another weird Robin suit, like the one he wore when resurrecting Alfred. He was not, however, preparing himself for a skirt.
