Incoming seventh grader, Greg Heffley, may be the main character of his own story, and way too preoccupied with his own delusional aspirations for the upcoming school year to really extend even a moment’s consideration for anybody else’s—but Greg’s plans are nothing compared to those of his older brother.
Unable to be swayed, Rodrick’s three-part mission for his junior year of high school was actually rather simple. One, is getting a new bass player for his band. Two, is having Löded Diper play in the local talent show. And three, is finally impressing Regina George enough to have her genuinely see him as anything other than a total loser.
That third one might be the most impossible one of all, but Rodrick might just be the right combination of stupid and determined enough to actually succeed. Better wish him luck, because he is definitely going to need it!
