An ASOIAF/GOT adaptation/parody of the song Dancing Queen by ABBA.
The song is adapted to tell the story of the Knight of The Laughing Tree.
The Knight of The Laughing Tree was a mystery knight who competed in the infamous Tourney at Harrenhall. Little did anyone but Howland, Ser Arthur Dayne, and Prince Rhaegar Targaryen know that the mysterious knight was actually Lyanna Stark in disguise! She entered the jousting competition to teach a lesson to the squires that she came across who were beating Howland Reed. Had Lyanna not woke up and chosen violence that day she might have never met Rhaegar and Robert's Rebellion may never have come to be.
This parody is the least serious I've made yet. It's meant to be lighthearted and a bit ridiculous.
The original lyrics from ABBA, Dancing Queen (1976) are included for comparison.Series
