"He's not a scholarship kid," the dark-skinned kid to his left scoffed. Coriolanus thinks his name is Marcus, but he doesn’t remember for sure; he’s also relatively new at the academy. "He's a Plinth, dumbass. He's so rich he could probably buy you."
Coriolanus pauses. A Plinth?
"Alessandra Plinth's son?" Coriolanus asks in a carefully nonchalant tone.
"The very same."
His mother had won thirteen Grand Slams before retiring to start a family with her husband, Strabo Plinth, a wealthy weapons manufacturer.
"His name is Sejanus."
Coriolanus looks up at the new kid hitting with one of their coaches; carefully and discreetly, he watches Sejanus return hit after hit. With satisfaction, he notices his form is nowhere near as clean or proper as the other boys at this school, including Coriolanus', but it is powerful and scarily accurate. The coach praises him and Sejanus just smirks, a very confident and at ease 15-year-old who was probably handed a tennis racket immediately after his mother had given birth to him. A tennis racket and a silver spoon in his mouth, Coriolanus can't help but think bitterly. -

Sejanus hadn’t really thought they would send anyone in after him... maybe his Ma? But even then, that would mean another person he’d unavoidably put in harms way.”
After the events of the 10th annual hunger games, Coriolanus and Sejanus find themselves coping with more than either of them bargained for. Their shared moment in the arena is wearing on them both much more than either of them would care to admit.
They will have to learn to navigate their new world full of nightmares and trauma, and comfort will come from the one place (or person) neither of them expect. Each other.
Or: Coriolanus and Sejanus find themselves seeking comfort in each other subconsciously, that turns into sharing a bed, and then *that* turns into them both developing feelings and attractions that neither of them can ignore.
