    It should have been an easy mission. The League had gone to meet up with some possible new recruits, and while Hawks couldn't accompany them due to a secret assignment ordered by the Commission, he had left them all with some of his feathers with the note to destroy them in an emergency. They were still wary of Hawks, understandably not trusting the Number 2 Hero, but still accepted the gesture. Unbeknownst to them, Hawks had also left some feathers following them, settled in a warehouse nearby in case they needed it.

    That's not to say he ever expected anything to go south drastically enough to call for him.

    Or, the League of Villains ask call Hawks for help when they're cornered. He goes to their rescue and gets hit with a quirk, becoming de-aged in the process.
