Summary
The Roaring has been ignited, but it’s not as much of an on sight event as expected. It’s a slow, gradual decay eating away at the town and its citizens. With no one and nowhere left to turn Kris gravely accepts their fate with open arms and an open chest.

Summary
It seems he decided to celebrate too early though, because once his hands are raised and the intensity calms down, Will is longer seeing through Vecna’s eyes. Instead, he watches as a random Demogorgon shuts its vision for the last time. What the fuck. Where did he go? Will panics, searching through countless Demogorgon minds, but he finds nothing. Vecna is nowhere to be seen. It’s as if he managed to escape elsewhere causing Will to be thrown into another mind. Where could he have... then Will hears it.
Hears how Mike winces and tumbles over in pain.
...
Written before season five volumes two and three. Based on the theory that Vecna had been holding the kids hostage behind the Upside Down wall.

Summary
Maybe he doesn’t hate you for your constant teasing. Maybe he’s only been excluding you because he’s just shy around you... for some reason. Why would he be shy, though? Awkward is a better word, but awkwardness is more negative. Ugh! He’s so annoying. Nothing he does makes sense. He’s like a radar of mixed signals. One day he approaches you, the next he avoids you, the next day you're invited to casual plans, the next you're excluded from study groups and sessions, and today he begrudgingly adds you into his grand smartopia blueprint plan. You get the feeling you're just a second thought to him. It makes your stomach churn with nerves.
Whatever, you shouldn’t care about him so much. I mean, look at the dude. He’s a gaming study nerd. And sure, you’re also a gaming nerd, but your description didn’t have “study” in it, so you’re automatically ranked above him.

Summary
“I’m sorry I wish...” Mike trails off.
Mike wishes for lots of things. Right now, he wishes he was able to provide comfort without the fear of intimacy, but he can’t. He can’t because of these lingering fears and thoughts.
Thoughts like how close Will is to him right now, how Wills eyebrows furrow when he's mad, how he stutters when trying to collect his thoughts, how his green eyes soften when they look at him, or how every couple of seconds when Will makes another dramatic movement his knee brushes against Mikes.
The thoughts buzz around his head like static. Sometimes he’s able block the static out, like turning off a tv. Other times the power off button refuses to budge.
“Wish what?” Will questions. Eyes filled with the kind of hope you learn to pity.

Summary
Mike continues to sit there pondering for what feels like eternity. Which for him translates to a couple more seconds. Amidst his very deep and important reminiscing, he finds himself bringing his pencil towards the paper. Not even fully conscious or aware of what he was doing, he slowly crosses out El’s name. The stroke is soft, light, subtle. Something that would only be noticed if one were to take the time to read the words on the page down to the very last line. A passerby stealing a quick glance surely wouldn’t notice it or take the time to question why it was there.
Mike blinks fading out of his thoughts and back to the reality present in front of him.
He grips his pencil and concludes his editing side quest. Staring down at the paper below him, he sees the new variation of the letter.
“Love Will.”
...
Or Mike is forced to reconcile with his different emotions to two variations of the same Letter.

Summary
Homelander is beyond saving, but John still has a chance to be a good boy.
After everyone had died—his friends, his lover, his family, everyone who mattered, even his enemies—Hughie found a box of long-forgotten V-compounds.
Hughie should have destroyed this evil creation.
Or,
He could already traverse any space—so what about time?
Hughie facing the blond boy.
This time, before the Monster ruined everyone’s lives, he would teach him to keep things clean.
---Or---
A little mercy won’t save Homelander.
The moment he was born, the rot had already begun. Hughie couldn’t rip that evil paranoia out of him, nor could he change certain established facts.
But he could redirect those emotions before he was completely corrupted.
John needed better discipline. For the sake of those he loved, Hughie vowed to see it through.
He would give John the love he needed—and for the most powerful man in the world, that would be a rather tough love.Bookmarked by Momongaz

Summary
If it wasn’t his agent, his publicist, or Bourke—it was Vought who had been up his ass for weeks. Ready to subject him to more petty, monotonous bullshit, all for the sake of their endless fucking reshoots.
John Gillman is many things: nepotistic by birth, an actor by choice, and the titular character Homelander in the infamous Dawn of the Seven movies.
He isn’t actually a superhero by any stretch of the imagination.

Summary
When Hughie comes to, he doesn't know the full extent of just how much he's royally fucked himself over. He never should've gone along with Butcher's plan, knowing that there was he chance that the drug would work. That Homelander could get hurt, could feel pain--
That the String could show up, and would lead him right to Hughie.

Summary
Hughie Campbell wins a VoughtFM contest and spends a weekend at Vought Tower hanging out with The Seven—photo-ops, lab demos, and a VR beta test included. As he fumbles through fanboy moments and awkward conversations, especially with the unusually quiet Homelander, Hughie discovers that meeting your hero isn’t quite what he’d imagined.
