Jason Todd died. Well, at least publically. The Waynes knew he came back, and so did a few others. Most of them aren't necessary, but the inhabitants of Crime Alley have a story to tell. After Bruce, his own father, slit his throat with a Batarang, he ran. He returned home to Crime Alley, where they welcomed him with open arms. He established connections throughout the city, with the street kids and the elderly, the parents and the shopowners, and they became a family. He even adopted a couple of kids, and he was happy for the first time in a while. But in the life of Jason Todd, nothing stays the same for long.
Jason disappeared into the timestream, and the locals his will. His children were to go to a man named Roy Harper, and if that wasn't possible, they were meant to be sent to his ex-family. The Waynes. The residents of Park Row didn't know a "Roy Harper", and for all they knew it could be an alias. So they did the next best thing. -

During the summer, Harry starts a muggle YouTube channel for fun and everyone ships him and Draco. Set in 2018, canon divergent from mid-way through Sixth year.

“Uh, excuse me Swiper?” Tony snapped. His stomach started to burble with dangerous acid. Who the fuck does this guy think he is? He took a step forward, one of his hands already reaching for his arc reactor. “You have the wrong Dora.”
With a singular tap, the nanotech spread from his chest, to his right shoulder, all the way to only one of his arms.
A soft voice spoke up- the voice of what was unmistakably a young boy, in his early 20’s at most. “...oh crap.”
“Oh crap is right.” Tony couldn’t help but growl under his breath.
He raised his armored hand, the whizzing sound of his gauntlet building up already cutting through the air. He wasn’t going to shoot the kid obviously (and yes, kid, because there was no way a full-fledged adult had that much of a high-pitched voice). Just maybe the window next to him, give the brat a good scare and all of that.
Then he could move on and ask how the hell he entered the building.

OR: Instead of Peter being wiped from everybody's minds after Spider Man:No Way Home, he gets sent to a Post-Endgame everybody lives alternative universe.
There's a catch though.
Peter Benjamin Parker never existed there.
