Summary
Kim Sunoo is bored at a music festival and makes a series of increasingly questionable decisions, starting with opening Grindr in the middle of it. What follows is three weeks of the best sexting of his life with someone who seems to understand him a little too well for a stranger. They trade nudes, get each other off over text, and say far more than they probably should.
It is supposed to end when they finally meet in the hotel room they go to for the hookup.
It does not.
Because when the door opens it isn’t a stranger standing outside. It’s his groupmate. His friend. Which means, unfortunately, that Sunoo has spent the last three weeks saying the most explicit and deeply incriminating things imaginable to someone he now has to look in the eye every single morning when he wakes up and walks out of his room.

The note – travelled to them on Jake’s plate, but referring to someone with Jake, not Jake himself – was about Jungwon. That much was clear to him. What he didn’t know is who sent it, because Jake is trying to tell him, but his ears have suddenly started ringing. The cook, he sees Jake mouth, and then he’s slapping the note back onto the table like he was squashing a bug, sliding it over so Jake can read it and confirm that it said what he thought it did.
He’s blushing. He’s not sure he’s ever blushed in his life. Jungwon – by nature, but also by strict rule – doesn’t do that.

They’d never exchanged words beyond sorry, my son likes to talk and it’s okay, I do too, but then Hot Single Dad had given him a smile – all big teeth and crinkled eyes – and that was enough for him to become a regular cast member in Jake’s fantasies.

Summary
There is a very specific face that Sunoo makes.
It’s the exact expression he wears when Sunghoon pushes a little too hard—when he loses his self-regulation and bypasses every boundary. It is the moment Sunoo finally grants him that delicious, sought-after reaction. In all twenty-one years of his life, Sunghoon has never derived as much visceral pleasure from anything as he does from witnessing a "cute" boy being driven to genuine pique.
He watches, mesmerized, as Sunoo’s slight frame vibrates with the sheer force of his indignation.
