What?
"Had it outlawed? Really?" Percival asks, and Leon's expression surely mirrors Arthur and Percival's. "I knew it was frowned upon, but I didn't think it was outlawed."
There's a beat of silence, where everyone is looking very confusedly at one another, and Leon is beginning to think that they're not all having the same conversation.

Summary
Only one player in the league is as good at keeping a secret as Ilya Rozanov. That player is Scott Hunter. In an alternate book/show hybrid timeline, Shane Hollander spirals after his fight with Hunter in Montreal when a video of the altercation quickly makes the rounds on twitter and gets the fans talking. A panicking Shane, realizing media attention could threaten the privacy of his late-night meetups with Ilya Rozanov, convinces Ilya they need to do damage control. When Shane and Ilya confront Scott Hunter together, Hunter learns more than he ever expected. In the aftermath, Scott realizes his decision to stay in the closet has consequences he never considered - and implications for more players than just himself. And Shane and Ilya have the experience of the two halves of their lives crashing together that makes their own closet start to feel a little too small.
A bittersweet blend of emotional slow burn and spice in this canon-adjacent work explores the implications of Scott Hunter clocking it and narrates the stretch of time that ties the Montreal fight to the Tuna Meltdown in 2016.
