Summary
A soulmate au where what you write on your skin shows up on your soulmate's body.
Jesper thinks his soulmate hates him, as they never write back to him. Wylan doesn't know what his soul mate is writing and doesn't want him to be disappointed, so he keeps to himself.
Trigger warning: there will be discussions of child abuse in terms of Wylan's relationship to his father. I don't plan on writing explicit scenes in regards to this but it will be talked about and Wylan will show up bruised in some chapters so go in with care!

Wylan smiles. “Actually it’s a Daturma… Datura… Nevermind.” He tips his head up to kiss Jesper, all thoughts of their fight long forgotten now. Jesper cups Wylan’s face with one hand and kisses him like it’s an apology, like it’s a promise.

“Wylan! You - you’re -“ The guy’s voice broke and he grabbed for the edge of the bed frame, trying to hold onto it to stabilise himself because it looked like otherwise, his long legs were going to give in under him any second.
Wylan’s eyes widened and he loosened the grip on the blanket a little bit. The voice from before - it was his. It sounded...like it was filled with a bunch of emotions Wylan couldn't dissect right now. But there was still that familiarity to it that he couldn’t explain. Why would he know the voice, without recognising his face?

After a close call, Kaz proposes he become the newest addition to The Crows, one of the most fearsome packs. On one hand they offer protection, on the other they are a group of criminals. Not to mention one of those criminals he had walked out on after sharing a remarkable night with him.
Wylan's life is about to get a lot more complicated.
