Summary
This story is all about the unlikely ways in which a line of communication can be opened between two strangers, and all the ways in which that can be a portal to something unexpected. The basic premise of this story, the meet-cute as it were, actually happened in life, the subsequent Nick and Charlie of it all is entirely fictional and arose out of my need for a sweet and fluffy story. All the locations, names, dates and details have been changed to protect the unaware and are entirely fictional.

Nick wished.
He hoped.
He fucked like it was the last time he'd ever get the opportunity, perhaps because he knew even then that this would never happen again.
In the morning, drummer boy was gone with nothing more than a note scribbled onto the hotel's memo pad.

Summary
UPDATE as of 2/1/2026: This fic is abandoned. I (Daisy) am posting the remaining unposted backlog and there will be no more updates after that.
Charlie transferred from Truham High School to Pinole Valley High School over the summer. On Charlie’s first day at Pinole Valley in Pinole Valley, California, he sits next to Nick Nelson during homeroom. Charlie immediately has feelings for Nick, but he’s definitely straight, right? I mean, he must be. He plays baseball after all. Baseball players are mean. They bullied him. Except Nick isn’t straight. Wait, what? NICK ISN’T STRAIGHT.
Billie and Mike have been best friends since they were ten, and nothing seems to be able to separate them. But, Billie gets confused about his true feelings for his best friend, and as realizations are made, their relationship is changed forever.
This is a crossover, but you don't need to know anything about the other fandom to read it.

Summary
Charlie Spring has been a physical therapist for the Leeds Badgers professional rugby team for two years. At the start of his third season, Nick Nelson is traded to the Badgers and both Nick and Charlie's worlds are turned upside down.
Here it is, the Heartstopper x Sweater Weather crossover nobody but me clamored for! You do not need to read SW to read this fic. However, if you HAVEN'T read lumosinlove’s Sweater Weather (and Coast to Coast, and, well, everything), you absolutely should, because it is a remarkable piece of writing (as well as its own standalone AU).
There will be parallels and divergences from both Heartstopper and Sweater Weather in this story.
Do I know a ton about rugby? Nope! Do I live in England? I sure don't. Will I get a lot of things just wrong enough to be annoying? Definitely! Will there be science facts at the end of each chapter? I can’t help it. Enjoy the ride.

Summary
“They're streets in the same city, and sometimes they intersect. I think I'm already planted at that intersection. I'm already under its streetlights.” - Billy-Ray Belcourt
Charlie Spring is at his wits' end. After a decade of keeping his panic attacks at bay, they're suddenly back with a vengeance, threatening to derail the life he's meant to be planning with his fiancé Ben. The only glimmer of hope is his therapist's suggestion that he might have success with a service dog.
Nick Nelson is back at square one. He's six months out of a failed long-term relationship, living at home again, and completely directionless. He loves working at his family's service dog agency, Second Chance, but he needs more than that to keep him afloat.
Or: Nick and Charlie never sat together in form. They never dated. They both moved through life separately, suceeding and failing in small measures, until a chance meeting in their late twenties brought them back into each others' orbit.

Summary
Charlie Spring is Head Boy. He follows the rules, makes lists, and believes in doing things properly.
Nick Nelson is Rugby Captain. He believes in loyalty, teamwork, and showing up when it matters.
They don’t exactly get along.
When they’re forced to work together, what starts as rivalry and mutual suspicion turns into late conversations, shared responsibility, and the slow realisation that the person you least expect might understand you best.
A fun, tender slow-burn about school politics, accidental feelings, and what happens when doing things properly starts to mean something else entirely.
Because apparently, working together comes with side effects.

Charlie fell first... but Nick fell hardest.
This is a retelling of heartstopper season 1 through the eyes of our favourite bi-sexual golden retriever. Join him on a journey of self-discovery and all the complications that come from falling for your best friend.
Rated Teen for moderate language including a few tastefully placed F-bombs and a couple of not-so-tasteful F-slurs throughout the story. I will provide warnings on the chapters that include the slurs.

Summary
Anna Nelson and Tori Spring. At first glance, an unlikely duo. But once you get to know them, it starts making sense. Protective sisters who only want what's best for their brothers. And if Anna happens to think that would involve driving school admin to the brink of insanity to protect the boy who is her best friend's favourite person, then so be it. Let the queer chaos begin!

Summary
Dandelion Wishes symbolize hope, dreams, and the manifestation of desires, with the belief that blowing the seeds into the wind carries wishes to the heavens to be granted. This tradition, linked to the plant's resilience and widespread seeds, represents more than just magic; it also symbolizes endurance, transformation, freedom, and the cyclical nature of life and dreams.
Or…
Follow along all the usual suspects, as well as some of our returning original characters, and some brand new ones as they navigate uni life in the heart of London.

Summary
Charlie is struggling to afford his education. When he's approached by law enforcement to become an informant about the potential crimes of one of his uni classmates, Nick Nelson, he jumps at the chance to line his pockets. After all, Nick is the youngest son of French notorious crime boss, Stephane Fournier -- surely he knows everything going on inside his father's business, and he must be just as crooked.
Nick Nelson wants nothing to do with his father, and wishes that everyone would stop assuming he's just like him. What he really wants is to become a primary school teacher, to guide children on the right path before they're "ruined" by their parents. Like he was by his father.
But what will happen when Charlie and Nick meet, and their first impressions of each other are so very different from reality?
(A little nod to 21 Jump Street set in an AU Heartstopper.)

Summary
At twenty five, Charlie Spring finally sets off on the Route 66 road trip he and his friend Isaac have been dreaming about since they were sixteen. Four weeks, lifelong friends, and a road that disappears into the horizon.
When Elle convinces Charlie to widen the guest list, he doesn’t expect to be reunited with Nick Nelson, his long-buried school crush, now a twenty six year old handsome stranger who feels both familiar and entirely new.
Thrown together by long drives, shared rooms, and the slow rhythm of days spent moving through unfamiliar places, Charlie and Nick begin to learn each other gently. In moments that feel almost accidental. In conversations that linger. In the kind of closeness that grows from being stuck together, day after day.
It turns out some things are worth taking the long way around.

Summary
Charlie Spring thinks he’s well into recovery. He’s managing both his OCD and anorexia well, and thriving in university. He and Nick are going strong. His life is better than it has ever been — and he means that.
That is, except for the fatigue, brain fog, stomach pain, and the way Charlie is losing weight even though he’s eating consistently and following his meal plan. When a routine blood test threatens to upend his life, leading to new struggles with his health and his eating disorder, he decides to shoulder the burden alone and keep it secret from his family, friends, and his boyfriend.
He doesn’t really understand what coeliac disease is — but there’s no reason to bring Nick down with him. Not again.
***Nick Nelson knows that something is wrong with his boyfriend. If only he knew what.

Summary
Nick Nelson is twenty-six and a rising semi-professional rugby player in London, admired for both his skill and his looks. But when a devastating injury pulls him off the field and into a hospital bed for months of recovery, Nick is forced to confront a world that suddenly feels very small and frighteningly quiet.
Assigned as his primary nurse, Charlie Spring is calm, kind, and quietly observant. A young man more comfortable in hospital corridors than stadium crowds. Determined to stay professional, Charlie focuses on helping Nick heal, even as small moments of laughter, vulnerability, and shared silence begin to blur the lines between patient and caregiver.
As Nick struggles with pressure from his distant father, the loss of his identity as an athlete, and the unexpected pull toward someone he was never supposed to fall for, Charlie must balance duty with feelings he isn’t sure he’s allowed to have.
A slow-burn romance about healing, patience, and finding connection in the most unexpected place.
