Summary
When JYP asked two of his most popular groups about becoming the first-ever collab-unit in K-pop, the obvious choice for everyone was to say yes. LEVELꜛUP, the first mixed gender group under JYP, and StrayKids, the aces of 4th-generation K-pop, were no strangers to one another.
As with any group, shipping was to be expected. Mira, leader of LEVELꜛUP, and Chan, leader of Stray Kids, were no exception.
Chan had always been aware of the Chira ship, but never paid it any mind. That was until they became a collab-unit. At first, he chalked it up to them already being very close friends, then he started to realize that he thought about her in ways friends typically didn’t.
He knew trying to pursue those feelings would only spell disaster. Everything they’d worked for was at risk to fall apart if things ended badly, so he his his feelings.

He lets himself be pulled into a comforting embrace, burying his face in the crook of Minho’s neck, curling around him and attaching like a koala. Minho holds him like that for a while, one hand stroking circles with his thumb at his hip, the other threading through Jisung’s wavy blue locks at the base of his skull. They sit, enjoying each other’s warmth.
“Promise.”
Jisung lifted his head from the confines of his embrace to look out of their hotel window at the London cityscape, lit up in the late hours of the night. The city was loud, not nearly as much as Seoul, but it had its own charm. It was pretty, all the office lights against the night sky, almost acting like stars. Jisung goes slack in his hold, finally letting his brain go quiet for the night.
“Besides, it’s not like the world is going to end tomorrow.”

Minho's eyes softened. He blinked slowly, like the palace cats did when he found time to stop and pet them. "It's alright," he murmured, voice no louder than a whisper. "You have had a long, long night. It's okay to cry. Sometimes, that's all you can do; even the sky does when the clouds can't hold any more.""

"Not me," Jisung says instantly. Minho blinks, trying not to let it hit him like a slap in the face, but Jisung keeps going. "Oh my god. Hyung. I can't believe you're telling me this right now."
It's a weird time and place, sure. In the parking lot of Minho's cousin's wedding, after something like a quickie, Minho's slacks still on the floor of the car. Actually, isn't it weirder if Jisung doesn't feel the same?

Er hätte nicht im Traum daran gedacht wie sehr ihn diese Aktion durcheinander bringen würde.

The automatic entrance door opened again shortly after. He heard footsteps approaching the counter, and, although Jisung wasn't particularly religious, at that moment he began to pray. To pray to all the gods in existence for some sort of miracle to occur so that good luck could finally make an appearance in his life.
“Hey… are you okay?”
Jisung looked up —the cat food boy had found his hiding spot and was crouching in front of him, peering into the gap under the counter, holding on to the edge of it with one hand. Jisung flinched and slid back until he was closer to the opposite end.
“I come in peace, I promise,” the other tried to calm him down, showing him the palm of the hand he wasn’t holding on to with as some kind of reliable proof of his statement. “Those two assholes have already gotten what they deserved. They won’t bother you anymore.”
