Life never goes as planned, Minato and Minako should have figured that out by now, but they felt invincible being wildcards and thought that they could take on anything. Boy were they wrong when it came to death! and now they are both stuck as a door...For about 2 weeks before they get pulled out, brought back to life, transported to the velvet room with their friends, and given a whole other job in the future because SOMEBODY accidentally threw out the manual for how to make sure the special room in the unconscious didn't become inaccessible.
Now in a district outside of Tokyo in the year 2016, the SEES team has got to jump back into the shadow world and help out the newest wildcard and his allies beat the ever living snot out of some corrupted people, and find whatever God might be pulling the strings this time. Oh! and did they forget to mention that there's a new kind of persona user running around that can channel the power of previous wildcards and is the failsafe in case that velvet room security manual got thrown out? Because that's also a thing apparently...

I love Akechi x Amamiya and I want to write lots of fics about them. And write lots in general. And I hope for this fic to eventually completely diverge in plot, as, I want to make something original, I just find it hard to write without a prompt, and the og fic was the kick in the ass I really needed. And I hope I’ll be proud of this post Persona hyperfixation.

Ren didn't hate Sumire, far from it - she was one of his closest friends. It was just that her increasingly frequent visits consisting of nothing but small talk were getting to be a bit... much. It wasn't as if he hated Mishima either. Someone who was once a pitiable annoyance at best was now a trusted confidant, - though that didn't mean he wasn't still annoying.
If they got to know each other, they'd probably hit it off. And, well, if they no longer had the time to obsess over Ren, then two birds, one stone, right?
