Summary
In the wake of learning that Scott is a vampire, Ren is hurt and betrayed, and rejects Scott's attempt to claim him by removing the collar he had been given. But he can't stop thinking about him, missing the easy way Scott would take control over him, and even after trying to distract himself by sleeping with someone else, Ren wants Scott's touch. He wants to serve him. He fights himself about it for days, until finally, he goes to Scott to take him up on his offer.
An offer not to become a fellow vampire, but to become Scott's thrall, and finally be where he belongs.
Contains spoilers for up to episode 5 of Vampires SMP and I very much diverge heavily into doing my own thing with no regard for what may happen in episode 6 hehe.

Tanguish is Tango's hels, and they get along a lot better than most hels and their hermits should. Unfortunately, the universe wasn't made to house both of them. Helsmets were made to return to their hermits eventually, making a complete person.

The thing is: Jimmy is really perfectly happy being human. No matter what anybody else says!
Like, sure, he’s a little cursed. They’re all a little cursed! Comes with the territory, with the cyclical murder games and all. He’s really quite content that his particular chronic condition generally only means terrible misfortune and early death and sometimes a couple feathers in his hair. At worst, some light disintegration. At least he doesn’t have to deal with preening, or shedding, or physical transformations that accompany the phases of the moon, or any of that nonsense.

Almost four years of relative peace and quiet, interspersed with the odd bout of supernatural bullshit. Michael is engaged, document storage is tidier than it has ever been, and things are looking... good.

For one, he was exhausted after getting shoved through a gate to the Feywild, chased through the woods, and arrested by faeries for no good reason, so his judgment wasn’t quite in check.
Mercifully, the king—Ren, wasn’t that his name?—didn’t look angry. He raised a brow and his lips twitched into a smile. He just looked curious.
