From then on, people said he was a person without quirk.
But he didn't care, nor did he refute it, because he—
He learned to speak at 14 days old, learned to walk (in the air) at one month old, and helped her mother run errands for the first time at one year old.

☆ Setting: If Izuku is quirkless but possesses psychic abilities (similar to Saiki's powers from 'The Disastrous Life of Saiki K' ) psychic abilities are not caused by personality genes; they are innate abilities. While most quirks begin to manifest around age 4, psychic can be used from birth. Therefore, Izuku is technically still a quirkless individual.

Eren's snapped out of his trance by the familiar squelch of swords slicing through flesh, and glances upward to see a figure shrouded by light.
It’s the boy from his vision, with blood smeared across his face and fury written into his brows.
No, not a boy, Eren thinks. An angel. Otherwise why would he be surrounded by that green glowing light?
