Hongjoong straightens and pushes off the bar. “Are you gonna say that to my face?”
“I’ll say it to the top of your head,” the man replies, turning with an ugly grin. “You’re a coward and a traitor, and you should’ve been executed for your crimes. What are you gonna do about it from way down there?”
Hongjoong smiles. “Nothing. I just wanted to give him a chance to get behind you.”
The man starts to look just in time for Yunho to smash him in the jaw with his short-barreled rifle. It drops him like a ton of bricks. Hilarious.

Yunho shows up to Chateau Le Roux dripping sweat, his hair a mess, and in his best navy blue sweater. Fondue had been the best idea he could come up with for his and Hongjoong’s very first date. Something classy. Something impressive.
Hongjoong shows up to Chateau Le Roux unimpressed. He’s wearing his best jeans for maybe a taco joint or the hot pot restaurant near the mall a town over. You can see his underwear when he bends over due to the sheer amount of tearing and Hongjoong does not want to walk into that restaurant and have someone who could pay his student loans, but is instead choosing to spend a fortune on fondue, look at his ass.
In which Yunho takes Hongjoong on two dates, one better than the last.

Captain Kim Hongjoong winces as he fetches up hard against the hull of the derelict spaceship. He hates EVAs. From inside his ship, Treasure, the vastness of space is the twinkling promise of freedom. From outside his ship, it’s a freezing, murderous vacuum he has to navigate with limbs that don't respond the way he expects in spacesuits that never fit him properly.
Yunho, who was born on a spaceship, lands much more gracefully a moment later. “Nicely done, sir. Much better than last time.”
Mingi, monitoring from Treasure’s bridge, snorts.
Hongjoong ignores them. He only sprained his wrist a tiny bit. It could have happened to anyone. “Let’s get this thing open.”
“Yes, sir,” Yunho replies. Hongjoong can hear him smiling. Asshole.

Yoongi doesn't speak for a long time after that, eyes staring at the ceiling where the red lights keep flickering.
“Yeah.” he finally murmurs, words almost getting lost in the echoes of the music “Yeah, we should.”Or, they are different, but they were lost and their paths still crossed.

A strange call from the police station requesting Seonghwa to collect his recently deceased mother's belongings.
Seonghwa was an orphan, which raised his suspicion about the unknown woman's identity. Upon retrieving the woman's bag, he made contact with an ominous beaded bracelet. Then, unexplainable yet horrifying things occurred to him the following days—even the police showed up at his apartment, stating that he was suspected of being a murderer.
While escaping from the foreboding force that spooked him, Seonghwa bumped into his childhood friend, Kim Hongjoong, who had cut off his contract since high school.
Much to Seonghwa's bafflement, Hongjoong revealed that an evil spirit was haunting him.
