Summary
Jonah was different, and that scared Jon. The being that appeared in his dreams looked human and sounded human when he spoke over the tape recorders. Jonah claimed he was a human that had been trapped by one of these creatures.
Jon wanted to believe but couldn’t shake his paranoid thoughts that Jonah was going to betray him, sacrifice him, and take his eyes. Maybe not that last one, but it was a worry he had.

Summary
Ford’s eyes went wide with panic as he flailed in place. He tried to reach out for Stanley’s hand, but whatever was happening, he was floating faster and faster away.
“What do I do!” He pleaded, hoping Ford had a plan.
But all he did was yell back Stan’s name again as he looked back, his face went white with terror as he was sucked through the portal. As the machine consumed his brother, everything went white, and Stan found himself being thrown backwards.
His eyes flew open not long after falling to the ground. Although his vision had spots dancing in it from the blinding light, which cleared after a minute passed. He was silently thankful the force of the portal hadn’t knocked him out, but the injury on his back certainly wasn’t happy.
“Standford?” He asked, looking up hopefully at the portal. In front of him were Stanford glasses, his journal, and a man.
_
The Theraprism version of Bill is thrown into the past during the portal incident. Forced to navigate Stanley's determination to save his brother, and Fiddleford's determination to keep the portal closed, between it all, Bill just hopes that he can keep the timeline on track. -

Summary
The room was simple. There was one table and two chairs with the most eye-catching part being the flickering of the fluorescent lights. In the corner of the room was a singular window smudged from years of grime. Finally in the center, was a man by the name of Bob Taylor and in his hand was a pen that he was gripping tightly.
The detectives asked him some questions, he was aware of this, but then they placed some papers and a pen in front of him. Unconsciously, he grabbed the objects and started drawing. He knew they would let him go, he just had to draw the maze right.
_
The scene in the Prisoners (2013) when Bob Taylor is being interrogated but Loki is 10% smarter 20% less police brutality 30% flashback and 100% reason to remember the name -

Summary
The boy glared at the rock, and if looks could kill, then Jacob Marley would have died years ago. Spitting on the grave one last time, he walked away kicking rocks out of his path as he went.
If he had only stayed another minute, he would have heard the faint sound of screaming. Deep down under the ground, the dead had not found salvation, instead finding himself in a state worse than purgatory. Jacob Marley screamed again from the inside of his coffin.

Summary
Bruno Madrigal's life is something that couldn't be categorized into simply "good" or "bad". It was far more complicated than that. True, in his 50 years on this earth he had forgotten more of his life than he remembered, but from what he did remember, well... he always remembered his family, and sometimes he remembered other things too.
A life, a family and a village told through snapshots.

Summary
The thing is, Jonathan Sims is someone you’d call the police on if you saw him hanging around a school, those frazzled clothes and bags under his eyes, the frantic muttering and thousand-year stare.
Yet there he sits, headteacher of The Magnus Institute for Gifted Young Minds.
The name’s a bit misleading, it is. They’re in a bad part of town. The parents are either terrible or absent, and the kids—
“They’re monsters,” his new and handsome coworker grins, when Martin’s signature on his contract is barely dry. “Absolute monsters. Get too close and you’ll lose some fingers. Or maybe your mind.”
“They’re babies,” is all Martin can feebly manage, in reply, and Tim’s eyes narrow at the fondness in his voice.
