Summary
Rumors in the demon realm spread of a Peerless beauty, a Bamboo spirit, a heavenly immortal with a kind touch and bad temper. If you run into him while injured, he will treat you and send you on your way despite his scowl. The rumors also stated, any demon lord that tried to forcefully court him would ruthlessly be slaughtered by the bamboo spirit. Many wondered where he came from, who he was. Some sought him out for immoral reasons and would get lost in the foggy bamboo forest, just to be turned around and sent back to the beginning. No one knew his name, as he was fleeting and mostly stayed to himself. Any appearance in town was brief and quick, straight to the point.
But alongside this rumor, there was another; A heavenly demon was kicked down into the endless abyss and gained endless power, even with no sword he tore through every enemy in his sight. Seemingly a perfect fighter, he crawled from the abyss and made a name for himself, beating the Mobei clan leader into submission, and going on a conquest to find someone he once knew.

Summary
Opening his eyes, Mu Yuan finds the disciple giving him a glare that’s a lot less glare-y. “That depends,” he says mildly. Then he smiles. “If you feel better or not.” He keeps his palm in the center of the man’s chest.
Green eyes meet his own for a few really long seconds. Then the man inhales deeply and circulates his qi. His pretty green eyes widen and his lips part with surprise. “What did you do?”
Mu Yuan grins. “Better, right? Ha! I knew it!.” He removes his hand and rocks back on his heels feeling entirely too pleased with himself.
The Qing Jing peak disciple gets a complicated look on his face. “It’s…” Finally he adds grudgingly, “Better.”
Mu Yuan keeps smiling. “You didn’t think I could help you, did you?”
That earns him a fresh scowl. “Who exactly do you think you’re talking to?”
Oh, is he one of THOSE? Mu Yuan thinks. He rolls his eyes. “Yeah, you’re very scary and intimidating, I get it.” He leans in and says softly, “But I’m glad you feel better.”

Summary
Shen Yuan has been dealt a rough hand at the beginning of his life. Then he gets sort of adopted by Shen Qingqiu, who desperately needs someone to help smooth out his interpersonal relationships. Thankfully, Shen Yuan is awesome at understanding people and what they want!
Shen Qingqiu can't decide if he regrets claiming this chaos gremlin as his own or not, but now that Shen Yuan is here, he's never letting him go. He'll have to be pried out of Shen Qingqiu's cold, dead fingers first.
Meanwhile, Luo Binghe is just caught up in the wake of both of them and trying not to be dragged under.
(Or, a drama of errors with comedic moments, exploring the growing relationship between an unforgiving misanthrope with serious issues and a traumatized kid that just wants to teach him what family means (and maybe learn it, himself))

I've recently been unexpectedly promoted to lead a department in my organisation, wrote the anonymous emailer.
As there was no one working here when I arrived, my manager, who is head of the organisation, had promised me the choice of my own assistants. However, without warning, he simply presented me with an additional assistant. This new assistant’s first act on his first day was to let a dog into the office. It took several hours to catch and clean up after this dog and it has only been downhill from there. I admit I'm not entirely sure what to do with this assistant now I'm stuck with him.
