This is the Harry Potter story…sorta…written from Hermione's POV. But why is it SO freaking explicit? Why indeed? Enquiring minds want to know. But they will have to wait until late in the story for the big twist that will sort everything out.
It is written in conversational English with a lot of unnecessary, as Stephen King would call them, adverbs. It starts when she receives her Hogwarts letter. Initially, the story will largely align with the canon. However, it will include original content and scenes, and omit parts where she was not present. As it progresses, it will start wandering further and further away from the canon main line until it becomes an almost A/U story. The eventual ending will be well into the post-Hogwarts era.
A note about ANGST. This story is an angst festival of sorts. The saying goes: To achieve and appreciate the highest high, you must first suffer the lowest low. This story makes several dives into the depths of angsty despair. Some of the angst is purely for the characters. Some of it is to create angst for the readers... especially if they are huge Romione fans. Romione fans will need to work their way through it until they get to their reward.

Clint stared at him. Peter stared back.

They closed quickly one after the other, until only two remained. They narrowed as Peter hissed - HISSED? - at Clint.
"You saw nothing." Peter rasped, before crawling, Scuttling, into the vents.
Clint stood still for a few more seconds, before slowly setting his coffee down with a thunk. Clearly, he'd been consuming too much caffeine, and had now begun to hallucinate. He turned and walked back to bed in a daze.
Walked, because, despite that definitely not being real, Clint feared he wouldn't be venturing back into the Towers complex system of vents ever again.
Stark would be happy about that.
