Only one thing had ever been with Syrup, FellSwap!Papyrus, his entire life. Pain. At first the inflictor had been his creator, Gaster. Then it became his little brother who he had failed miserably. Summary
It's been five years since the monsters were freed from the underground and Frisk became the ambassador. Despite having a rough beginning, humans eventually grew more tolerant toward the monsters.
Everything seemed great, everybody was fulfilled with their lives on the surface. Frisk grew up and is happier than ever for having a loving family.
However, when an organization that threatens the peace between both races rises, the monsters must fight against its increasing influence in Ebott City.
Unfortunately, such event will reveal things about her past that Frisk wished her friends never knew about and bring certain people who were gone for long back.
For her relief, she isn't alone in this web of secrets.

My version of Flowerfell. Frisk, Chara, and Flowey are the main focus because I think this friendship has a (skele) ton of potential that's sometimes overlooked.
I will not be shipping Frisk, Chara, or Flowey with anybody, including each other. In this story, Frisk is seven, Chara is thirteen, and Asriel/Flowey is twelve. I will include a few scenes of Sans x Grillby, and I may include Papyrus x Mettaton, but I'm not sure.
There will be angst, and a closer look at how Frisk's health would be affected by buttercups growing out of their skin. If you don't know what that would entail, please do research before reading. Saying that it isn't pretty would be an understatement.
There will be fluff and fun and shenanigans, it isn't JUST angst.

Maybe some humans are bad and judgemental towards them, and maybe some of them throw horrible insults at them, and maybe some do... other stuff. Well, that's no problem for The Great Papyrus! He's a tough guy! Nothing can get through his sharp bones. Not even an unexpected meeting with a human, that leads them both to an alleway and... huh, Papyrus can't seem to remember what happened next. That can't be right! Sans was trying to get through life and ignore the apathy that had settled over him for Papyrus’s sake. It was just so hard to care about anything when he knew none of it mattered. But when Papyrus had him bring the anomaly home like a lost puppy, things stopped adding up.
How could such a sweet kid be responsible for the relentless time loops?

Frisk was used to being on their own, and they were pretty good at taking care of themself. But—Well. ...Dying hurt. They just wanted to get back to the surface! With Undyne in the way, they were hopeless.
So when a phone call from Papyrus somehow ended with an offer for them to crash at his house, Frisk could only be relieved for the break.
They could afford to rest for a while, right?

Summary
Frisk hadn't exactly intended to fall, and certainly not the way that they did. They weren't exactly opposed to dissapearing, as they'd heard could happen on the mountain, but now that they knew where the kids all went they felt a little overwelmed, and alone. Maybe it was a mistake to climb mount Ebott. But then they meet people, monsters, nice ones that care more about them than the people on the surface. Maybe dissapearing was better than they thought.
I just wanted to have some fun and rewrite the events of undertale with more emphasis on Frisk and what led them to the mountain in the first place. I'm just trying to have some fun writing. Also I make Frisk non-binary in this.
