    Following the undercover operation where Obi-Wan faked his death and posed as Rako Hardeen to foil a plot to assassinate the Chancellor on Naboo, orchestrated by Count Dooku and Moralo Eval, Obi-Wan is confronted by Anakin who questions why he wasn't told about the operation.

    Obi-Wan's response triggers Anakin's anger, and Anakin's anger ends up being his undoing. In turn, the effect is larger than anyone anticipated, as the dominoes fall one by one.
