“Did you not hear me earlier?” Will asked his voice low in Mike’s ear, “I said that you look fucking hot.”
Mike lets out a shaky breath at the sound of Will’s voice, “you think?” Mike responded weakly, this behavior was completely new to Mike, this wasn’t confident New York Will anymore, this was different. And Mike liked it, maybe too much.
“So fucking hot Mike” Will responded hands sliding down Mike’s waist casually, as if this was just something that happened, something that they did often, “you don’t want other guys hitting on you?” Will mused “talking to you like how I am right now?”
“I uh—” Mike stuttered. “I don’t know.”
Except Mike did know, Mike knew he only wanted Will in his ear like this, Mike knew that whatever was happening right now was specific to Will, Mike knew all of it. Yet he chose to pretend.
“It’s fine if you don’t” Will said “but I’m just letting you know it’s gonna happen” Will shuffles slightly to Mike’s side, resting his head onto the upper part of Mike’s left arm, “you’re eye candy Mike, it’s bound to happen.”
