He doesn't care about some kid, why would he? She's simply amusing, that's all. He simply takes pleasure in watching her die to his challenges over and over.
When footsteps finally approach, however, he nearly has to do a double take at the child now swaying dangerously from side to side in front of him. Her eyes are dull, and her face is horribly pale. She smiles, but he doesn't.
She looks like death itself.

Two years in a new timeline and Wpnz and puzzles have finally started to settle in. Puzzles wanna put himself out there in an positive way for once by pitching a movie script to a studio to potentially give it a shot
Other then that it’s Wpnz day, so Puzzles is dressed for the nines and they go to a shooting range and a restaurant together and have a grand ol time (until angst hits like a truck)
This fic removers Wpnz can willingly detach his limbs and Puzzles can retract all his limbs and entire body into his head- all is right in the world lol

Summary
"You're cuddly today," Puzzles comments as he shuts the oven. His hands hesitate over WNZ's, hovering just above his gauntlets as if he were unsure if he was allowed.
WPNZ doesn't respond, not with words. Idly, though, he rolls the fabric of the apron in his fingers while soft, squishy thoughts enter his head. Thoughts about how WPNZ could wrap Puzzles up in his jacket to shield him from the cold. How they could curl up together on the couch and watch a movie together, though it would be more like Puzzles yammering about all the details and not watching the actual movie. How they could sneak around a park in the dead of night, holding hands as they just talk.
These kinds of things were never his style, so why do these ideas keep popping up nowadays? Something about their life together just makes him feel so... mushy.

Just under 30k words of the possibly first chapter of a Gunshow yaoi fic that’s both angsty but also soft af tho the softness be real
Pretty much Puzzles and Wpnz in getting stuck in the first/ post rift collapse they have the chance to essentially try again form another timeline by taking that timelines version of themselves «place». Kinda Rick and Morty esk just less murder and more so akin to Puzzles talking to Wpnz again back at the boarder a second time and getting the realization that puzzles was doing this to erase his guilt oof - the catch is they are sent all the way back before Puzzle and Wpnz even met, and they have their memories too. But they have to follow the script despite remembering everything they have to repeat their mistakes and crimes against their loved ones once again oof. Up until they didn’t have to anymore:
Gunz and Puzzles still happens just the fallout of Puzzles tracking down and using the YouTube remote never happens at all
Cue the happenings of this fic. It takes place 2 years past WOTFI where Puzzles and Wpnz are married whoop!!! Cute as hell, Puzzles is even a stay at home husband. Wpnz set up a deal with his creators to do a high risk hit once every few months or so to unleash some chaos bloodshed evey once in a while oof (Puzzles and Wpnz is also threatening Wpnz creators cus torturing their favorite weapon all Wpnz life and expecting him not to fight back ever? And for his brainwashing husband not to make an example out of em? Ends as well as you expect)
Obviously not all good happens with the world. Puzzles is not rember for his awsome shows or dastardly villainy (a positive), no he’s rembered by tons of gossiping strangers as a «flop» or «the Puzzlebox/ content farm guy» or «the lunatic who got tons of lawsuits for hijacking Didny» oof. … unfortunately all of that gets to Puzzles really hard, and can’t seem to let or for to the point he lashes out at Wpnz after all tjah buildup… things that were said Puzzles didn’t mean, but the damage was done
Puzzles trying to spill his guts to Wpnz and apologizing and are dropped work a baby sitting job where Karen has them watch Zach, Katie and Cory for the day while she was at work oof. It’s a wholesome time for the most part of you can look past Karen threatening to make em scrap metal if they break a single one of her rules… they process to break every single one of those said rules
Puzzles and Wpnz are both terrified of their other half leaving and belive it’s well deserved for themselves to be abandoned. But they’re also the same insane bastards (affectionate) who bent the time space continuum to their whims to get their ending in life even if it means some minor drawbacks come work it. Just them having one another is all that matters in the end oof
A part two of this is somehow in the works already just work this being posted holly hell man peak!!!

This was so pleasant to read???? Like not hardcore this was genuinely so cute and soft!??? I wasn’t physically cringing reading this not even a little bit and not even once during the reading of this fic (again sex repulsed Ace) so that’s so god damn wild to me (positive!)
Like Gunshow are famous for being freaks (as they should be, they’re some gay robot disasters and menaces to society) but for them even with all the angst horrors and trauma can be so soft and gentle with one another like this??? Puzzles so confused why Wpnz was acting weird and suspected he was being cheated on but also giving a good performance to notice the active attempts on his life (poisoned wine, stage light almost falling on his head and then a heavy sand bag too) on stage while Wpnz is freaking dafuq out lmao
They eventually get out of there, Wpnz confesses he isn’t infact cheating on his partner but was taking job offers form the local mafia/ gang that got possible politicians in their pocket whoop. Wpnz and Puzzles wanna rob em bling head on cus they got more then the bank… however the fic author promises pain and suffering next chapter so I assume it’s gonna end horribly oof regardless of this being a new world rip

Summary
A cave-in cuts the Player from Poppy and Giblet during another scuffle with the Prototype. Thankfully, Poppy is out of Prototype's claws.
On the other hand, the Player is now faced with having to find their way back up to their friends with the help of a very unexpected enemy-turned-ally.
Because despite everything he's done, he is still a child after all, and as much of a victim of this cruel place as everyone else. He deserves to be saved, just like Poppy, Giblet and the others. Even if they won't be fans of this decision of Player's.
Aka; a self-indulgent fic, where the player saves and adopts Ollie/Prototype, because I am feeling massively maternal towards the poor baby and I have to project this out in case someone might be needing the same. Also, you ever get a plot point idea in the middle of the story and don't know how to get there? YUP. It took me 4 chapters to get to the original point SOBBING

The first 4 chapters are supposedly filler claimed by the author themselves- but I’d say it’s just the context to Chapter 5 (funny enough like the game) where the main meat and potato’s of the fics story being centered around the player and the Prototype’s dynamic and the fact the prototype is literally just a kid… a truamatized and abused kid, a victim of circumstances turned abuser in desperate attempt to get his promised and robbed of Better Place; «Infinity will be lonely» - and «But I’m still nowhere near infinity. I won’t be alone. It is a necessity that I keep going» «the only haven you and I will ever get»
The Prototype assumes Elliot Ludwig told Poppy about him and who he was, Elliot never did. So watching him try and fail to protect his sister from harm and for her to inevitably abandon him without a second thought??? Hurts all the more. Calling him a monster yet wanting her friend Ollie back all at the same time… stuff hurts man
The player learns who the prototype really is… and once the rest are essentially safe enough to get out and got Poppy… the player heads back to the wounded trapped under rubble prototype who pleaded for his sister yet she didn’t even spare him a glance. Unfortunately due to the ruble the poor guy had to literally cut himself in half cus his lower half was busted but… yeah now player and the prototype are both weak and wounded as they’re somewhere relatively safe ish, the player has no grabpack once again as they finally rest for once in this hellscape with someone who currently ain’t gutting them for once (oh yeah and the player is mutating form getting dropped into the vat of poppy gel as the story progresses real happy that detail was not ignored. They’re gonna fuse to a grabpack or something if they get a new one at some point whoop!
Peak fic, the Prototype deserves to be adopted (and needs so god damn much therapy) - currently read chapter 5 can’t wait for more oof
