This time you won't talk your way out of it!" His twin was breathing heavily, his hands clawing at the air in front of him. Fox could imagine the other commander picturing himself squeezing his throat.-

Summary
As a general rule, Bruce believed time, space, and dimension were not to be messed with. However, in this case seeing as an alternate universe’s Batman had come to their universe with the intention of killing him, replacing him, and tearing down their Justice League from the inside so his Justice League could implement their own brand of justice on as many universes as possible, it seemed like a problem best not left to fate.
“I say we take the fight to them,” Hal said. “If they want to go around messing with our dimension, then fucking up theirs is fair game.”
“Play on their home turf? No way,” Barry said. “They’re bound to realize their plan didn’t work eventually and then they’ll have to bring the fight to us.”
“And who knows how many other unsuspecting civilians that may be caught in the crossfire of their attack,” Clark said.
“I say we find out everything this imposter knows and then face them head on,” Diana said.
“Oh please, if that doesn’t work on our Batman, there’s no way it works on evil Batman,” Oliver said.
“Bruce?” Clark asked.
“It was a good plan,” Bruce said.

She switched to calling him Dennis as opposed to Whitaker half way through and there was a lot of swearing, so he thought it was either Santos or some other doctor he knew well enough. “We’re losing him!” Was the last thing he heard before he finally fainted.
Or, Santos doesn't find out about Whitaker being "between places" at the end of s1. Whitaker gets beat up by a patient and she finds out when he's discharged.

Second, bring him to Clint Barton. Third track down a few more magical people before the power of the ritual dissipate.
(ON HIATUS - I have big problems with my wrists, like need surgery problems, but the surgeon thinks it would have side effects that would be worse. I can't cook, or wash my hair, do the simplest stuff, so updating stories even with small chapters is out of question at this time... Maybe if I go through with surgery, or if my wrists magically heal themselves but that will take a year minimum anyway (05/01/2023))
