The only catch is that he doesn't want his coworkers to find out what he's doing because then they'll never let him hear the end of it.

The trip to town had been about resupplying. Zuko hadn’t reckoned on being recognized, much less captured by some Earth Kingdom town. He’d been avoiding society after his experience with Lee’s family, but he’d been running out of food for himself and the ostrich horse. And it wasn’t like it was anything new that life threw all kinds of difficulties at him, but being the Prince of the enemy nation, regardless of his status as traitor, made them hate him all the more. Now they had him, weakened and bound, and they were growing bolder.

While they are trying to leave they come across Suki capturing and kid with golden eyes, Shinzue is sus of him and the kid of her but they all bored to go to the island. The kid(forgot let's go with Juko) claims many secrets and is being chased by some Shen guy. Oh also Juko is a fire Healer And loses his only bond (Atsuo) and is distraught but he agrees to tell Zuko what he knows .apearenly a fire Healer named Shurin had become a princes(a slave) for her powers and heals people on mass, she has a lot of bond and using them had controlled them and almost took over the Fire Nation. Because of that Fire healers are on the run and few and far between. Meanwhile Azul and Ty Lee are taken captive by this shen Guy along with this Hinata. They make it to the island and it is a disaster. Aang, Shizou, Zuko, Katara, and maybe Sokka go in and they find Zukos mom but she is possessed by this spirit. The others back on the boat have started hallucinating and that is when Shen and his Crew find them all, oh also They used Azula to track them and disabled her arm and Ty Lee is an Airbender now. Atsuo is dead and he is being controls though not dead and attacks them while everyone else find Zuko. Everyone gets GG and Zuko surrenders. Appa gets injured, Shinzue almost dies and Atsuo breaks free of the control and they rescue Zukos mom. Plot twist Shen is being controlled by Shurin and she wants Zuko to be her new host. She fails on the first try and Ty Lee and Zuko get the better hand of them and escape. They are rescued by Appa who was healed, Aang and Katara. To break the bond between Shurin and Ty Lee, Zuko borrosa energy from Uncle, Katara, Aang, and Azula but it works. Also I think Hinata is dead. Also also Zuko reunites with his mother and so does Azula.

Also Toph joined them at "The Chase".So they go to Ba Sing Se but on the way they see Suki, they get into a fight with a sea monster at the serpents path and Aang doesn't use fire which blocks out the avatar state. They go to the wall and they know Azula is coming But the wall people gaurds are being Annoying so Zuko plans to slip into Azulas ship for some. Info but everyone tells him no. So he gets out on house arrest outside with some Guard named Changpu and Katara comes to. Together they slip into the ship but get caught but they make it out and know about the drill. They coen back and make a plan. Plan time Aang Katara and Sokka go inside to dismantle stuff but they get caught and it is not looking good until Mai betrays Azul and Gaang escape. Azula mangles Mai's Face. Zuko was still on house arrest but he leaves with Random Gaurd Changpu and together they take down tanks, Toph also does that. Zuko hears of Mai and goes to get revenge on Azula but almost gets killed, Iroh and Changpu save him but the Gaurd almost does but Zuko heals him. Toph gets captured at some point but she figures out how to metal bend and escapes. The Girls eventually fail but Zuko and his uncle are exposed as firebenders. Appa is left outside and they enjoy their time at The Impenetrable City. They sneak into a party to see the king but something about the new Joe Dee is weird. It's the woman's who was close to Zukos mother so what is happening, fhey try to get info from her but they fail. Meanwhile Azula sneaks intonthe city with Ty Lee as peasants and they join up with Jet, together they start a rebellion. Don't exactly remember, they heal og Joe Dees mind they storm the Dai Lee Base, doesn't go well, Aang almost dies and Toph is held captive. Zuko and Katara escape with aang and they camp With Gaurd Chanpu. Iroh and Og Joe Dee are held together while Sokka, Mai and second Joe Dee(shinzue) make it out and team up with Jet and Azula though jet don't know about Azula. Zuko and Katara go and free Toph who really went through it and Iroh but Og dies i think. They meet up with he king but there is a rebellion on the horizon.Jet does. Whole team regroup and there is a showdown, Toph turns the tides and Azula loses to Zuko but almost dirs but Zukos heals her. Azula and Ty Lee are captured and the whole Gaang go look for Zukos mother and some random island.

Continuation, after the north, Zuko is mad at Aang for killing so many at the north. Irish had abandoned him so Zuko is left to figure something out until Pakku helps him escape. Once Zuko is on shore he finds his sister and she tries to kill him via zap. Zuko almost dies but when he finally makes it to shore again, he can't remember anything. Form there he wonders to songs family and recovers and figures out he was the blue spirit. He makes it to Omashu and joins the gaang for a while. Aang knows who Zuko is and doesn't tell anyone, Zuko included and it is saying on him. Zuko finally figures it out in the swamp and leaves them, everyone else also figure it out. Meet up at "The Chase" and Iroh is back and is also injured. Zuko heals him and so he is down for the count so they keep traveling with the Gaang. When he recovers they stay and go to the library for answers for the fire healing thing. Appa never leaves them and they move to Ba Sing Se for more anserws.but before that they meet up with Guru Pathik and Zuko remembers everything and Aang gains control of Avatar.

When All for One wins and Japan crumbles, Aizawa is sent back in time to fix everything. But time travel is experimental, and instead of going back six years, Aizawa is sent back nearly twenty, to his own time as a UA student.
Just too late to save Oboro and far too early to make any real change, Aizawa is unsure how he's supposed to handle getting stuck so far into the past, surrounded by grieving friends and subpar parents. Hopefully, he can handle that, save the world, and keep his class safe--without getting murdered by All for One along the way.
It's a tall order, but he wasn't expecting it to be easy.

Life as an underground hero is tough. It’s dangerous, it’s risky, and it makes you a constant target for villains. Only the most resourceful can survive as an underground hero, and the rest die. This is what Aizawa knows to be true, accepts to be true. He would know, considering it’s his profession.
... Except he later learns that he learns that all of these assumptions are wrong.
“So… normal underground heroes don’t get a lot of assassination attempts?” Aizawa asked.
“No,” Nedzu said, staring in disbelief. “No, Aizawa, why would you think that?”(All for One is a persistent bastard, and keeps trying to kill Aizawa even after his attempt with Garvey fails. Aizawa thwarts his attempts, time after time.)

Summary
This was supposed to have been simple, just a trip out for some specialized training with ten of his students and then right back to campus. He was supposed to have been able to sit back and close his eyes and fall asleep to the warmth of the sun on his pale skin and the soothing rumble of the bus and the incessant chatter of his students. But he’d barely closed his eyes when the bus had gone careening into a wall and caught on fire.
Captured while trying to protect his kids from villains, Aizawa is held hostage and tortured. Blindfolded and unable to fight back, he can only wait for rescue and try not to die. But that's easier said than done, and he's running out of both hope and time.

The blood drained from Hizashi’s face. His eyebrows furrowed. Nemuri took a deep breath and looked him in the eyes.
“That was four months ago, Shouta.”
OR
Eraserhead goes missing during patrol only to return four months later with no memory of what happened, and whoever took him won't let him go so easily. While his students and fellow heroes are all too willing to help him put the pieces together and hunt down those responsible, they'll soon find themselves in way over their heads.

Might update, very interesting, amazing concept, good exicution and engaging.Aizawa helps All Might take down All for One during season 3, takes place in April. Aizawa goes missing for 4 months, the story jumps between time very often, Aizawa doesnt remember anything until he does. He is damaged and seems to have his quirk altered. Basically confirmed that HPSC is responsible for kidnappign. Rn everyone is getting ready for 2A sports festival.

Summary
Soul bonds allow a person to feel the emotions (or even the pain, in extreme circumstances) of another person. Whether it be platonic or romantic, there seems to be no limit to the amount of people whose fates can be intertwined with one another.
Aizawa never expected this class to be anything special, he just expected a normal damn year, so imagine his surprise when over the course of a few months, he formed bonds with a whole host of problem children, whom he started to consider his own. Some of the kids didn't even notice the bond and Aizawa plans to keep it that way.
Or
Aizawa finds out that Shirakumo is Kurogiri, and all of Class 1-A feel it happen. (It's literally just Dadzawa angst)
