Summary

Will cocks an eyebrow. He had assumed that would be clear, but maybe this is the blood loss talking. "I'm going to go grab the first aid kit." He draws out slowly, pushing off the ground. "Stay right here, don't—"
"No!" Mike's voice is sharp, pitched up in panic, piercing the quiet. His hand quickly closes the distance to clasp at Will's wrist. The grip isn't particularly strong, but Will finds himself rooted in place regardless — something about the sheer desperation spilling through Mike's tone, about the warmth blossoming from the touch.
The action seems to wind Mike, breath coming out in short, shuddering pants. His eyes are blown wide, brow crinkled. There's still so much blood. "W-wait, don't go, just wait a minute…" he stammers, voice meeker than Will has heard in a long, long time.
Mike is bleeding out, and he won't let Will walk the ten feet to grab the first aid kit.

Summary
In this series, Tigerclaw mentors Firepaw, a starving young rogue the clan cats stumble upon in their territory. Firepaw was brave enough to take on a fox, but his diminutive size and quick temper leave a lot to be desired. Believing in a prophecy given to her by Spottedleaf, Bluestar gives Tigerclaw the young tom as an apprentice. But threats arise in the forest as Brokenstar consolidates his power, pushing kits to train and setting his sights on the other clans' territories. Firepaw must learn under his brutal mentor to defend the things he now holds dear, or lose it all, as he has before. [What if Tigerclaw was not evil? What if Rusty was not a kittypet, but a rogue? This is a total rewrite of the first Warriors arc with non-evil Tigerclaw, and a longer threat from Brokenstar and ShadowClan. Many events will obviously be changed, and some characters who survive in the original story will die, while others who died will live.]

“Ah, but Michael,” Vecna sneers as a different kind of vine crawls up the wall. “That’s not your choice. All you have to do is stay where they can see you suffering.”
The new vine– covered in spikes and thorns– wraps itself around Mike’s ankle, sinking said spikes and thorns into his flesh. Blistering hot pain bubbles around his foot, quickly crawling up his leg.

The defeat of Vecna left everyone relieved, it took time but a simple headache was no longer seen as a death sentence amongst the group,the worries of the upside down were replaced with the worries about test scores and basketball games. Everything was getting changing for the better, that was until October,17th 1988 when Mike wheelers body was pulled out of the quarry.

The author of the journals, his brother, looked at the miniscule crowd that had arrived by accident to greet him. The author looked between them all, and Dipper could see reflection on his face from the light of the slowly dimming portal. The author’s gaze finally settled on Stan, and his posture stiffened.
“Dad?” The author of the journals, his brother, choked out. He sounded absolutely baffled.
Stan’s expression turned equally baffled, clearly not anticipating this. “What?”

The portal has opened, and spat out Stanford Filbrick Pines, exactly as he was when he left. Thirty years has passed for the outside world, but only a few hours have been lost for him.
It changes things. Especially with the worst memories of Ford's life still hot on his tail, and eager to make a reappearance.

Summary
His hands were cupping his face, the pressure of his fingers against the wound making him scream again. He couldn't see, his eyes blurred with tears and pain in a way that made everything fuzzy,
No… wait… only one of his eyes was bouncing around wildly, eyeing the snarling Demogorgon that was sniffing at the fresh splatter of blood on its claw. He was watching it, a keen rising in his chest when he realized that it was only out of one eye.
It was- It must've been the blood that was making it hard to see, the blood was gluing his eye shut, that was why he couldn't see. He cried out when the Demogorgon turned back towards him, flinching away when it roared in his face, tensing like it was about to lunge.

The Demogorgon got to Mike a few seconds earlier, claws ripping through fragile skin and now Mike had to fight to heal and adjust while trying to rescue his sister from an inter dimensional monster. Which is actually pretty hard when he's in pain, drugged to the gills, and can't stop blurting out things that he would really rather not. Case in point: the Quarry, the box of unsent letters in the back of his closet (Ironic, yes, he knows) and his embarrassingly massive crush on his best friend.
