Summary
“Shut the fuck up.”, Will whispers because he can’t, he just can’t deal with Mike’s confusing ass right now. The soft light is illuminating Mike’s features, jaw carved out so perfectly, cheekbones high, eyes so dark Will feels like they’re swallowing him. “You are, too.”, he adds.
“Prettier than your lame boyfriend?”, Mike ask, voice somehow careful and urgent at the same time.
“Mike…” Will shivers a little, not sure what to do with himself. It’s ridiculous for Mike to actually believe Will has a boyfriend; if that were the case, he would’ve never stepped a foot into this bed. But somehow, Mike’s need to come out on top compared to the guy he is supposedly dating makes Will break out in goosebumps all over.
“That’s not a no.”, Mike remarks.
“That’s not a no.”, Will whispers, scared to move at all and break the moment.
A soft grin plays at the corner of Mike’s mouth, “Oh, yeah?”
“Yeah.”, Will nods, “But you knew that already.”

Summary
Will Byers returns to Hawkins when his mother, finally stable, asks him to come back for good. Starting his third year of high school in a town that is both familiar and completely different, Will has to relearn where he fits.
He reconnects with Lucas and is pulled into his circle, Dustin, Max, and Mike Wheeler who also happens to be a vampire.
Max grinned. "He seems like a baby type to me. Mike."
Will groaned into his open locker before swinging it shut and turning to face her. "That's so basic. Love at least sounds nice."
"Beloved, honestly," Dustin said, from directly beside Will's other shoulder, where he had apparently been standing. "You're both severely underestimating his corniness. Beloved is completely within range."
"Beloved is not corny," Will said, and then before anything in him could intervene: "He called me angel once."

“Okay,” Mike said slowly, trying to keep his voice calm, “we’ll figure it out step by step. No pressure. I’ll… I’ll help you practice control, see how far you can go without, you know, frying the house.”
Will peeked up at him, just enough to see the shy smile tugging at Mike’s lips. “I… I don’t even know if that’ll work,” he admitted, voice soft. “What if it doesn’t? What if it just keeps happening?”
Mike shook his head firmly. “It will work. And if it doesn't, we’ll find something else. We always do.”
Will’s lips quirked in the faintest hint of a smile. “You’re right. We always do.”
Mike leaned forward, careful not to crowd him, “First we need to try to find a way to turn the lights back on. Reverse what you did. Do you think you can–” He gestures towards Will’s crotch, a blush crossing his cheeks, “--Go again?”OR: Will finds himself unable to control his new powers when he gets aroused. Every time he gets "excited," strange things happen with the power. He tries to convince himself it's a coincidence, but when he finishes, and the power goes completely out, he begins to panic.
His panic takes him straight to Mike's window, and Mike offers a helping hand. In a best friend way, of course.- Language:
